Utterly rubbish service from @DPDgroup_news today. Delivered my parcel to wrong house - not even close. Brick wall for customer service. No way of contacting them or asking for them to correct their error and I was told by retailer I had to go and find it! 😡

"Eliminate" illiteracy and inumeracy but only reduce "50%" of "non-decent rented homes". Last I looked at Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, I'm pretty sure that shelter and health came before reading and writing 🙄
