Once a quarter we take our weekly Trundle ‘On Tour’ with a guided nature walk elsewhere in the region. 🚶‍♂️🌲 Yesterday we visited Longford Park in Stretford to see our friends at Simply Cycling! They provide adapted cycling sessions in Trafford which keeps exercise accessible to all! 💪🚲 We’re fast approaching January’s validated testing window which will give us TWO YEARS of strength, balance, flexibility and cardio data for this cohort! 📈 📊 What are you doing to take your service beyond the clinic to demedicalise healthcare? TRUST ME, the simplest scheme can change a community’s attitude to activity and pain! 😲👊
