From house fires to boardrooms, @JesseTinsley’s rise is anything but ordinary. We take him sky high in NYC & face to face with his past in Ep. 3 as he tackles a gauntlet: @nano_nuclear’s Jay Yu, NYCFC’s CEO, a polygraph, and more. Join for early access: goingpublic.com/subscribe

I hate charging people for consulting calls. I’d rather just take a few minutes and help. But as the requests became overwhelming, I had to start charging for my time. I learned a funny thing. Paid clients: $1,000 charge for 60 minute call. “Sean, thank you so much! That was so valuable and such a good use of my time and money. I’m so grateful to you!” Free clients: (me saying ok after they explain the financial hardship) 50% no show 50% disagree with me or don’t do what I suggest Crazy world out there.

Tune in next week as I’m featured on Going Public streaming on X Originals. High-stakes deals, bold moves, and a few humbling moments along the way. Building empires isn’t always pretty but if you’re playing the long game... it’s always worth it.

🚨 Episode 3 Sneak Peek 🚨 From firefighter to founder to acquisition ace, @JesseTinsley is building a SaaS empire. So we brought him face-to-face with another master of scale: Jay Yu of @nano_nuclear ( $NNE ). Can Jesse match Jay's sky-high success? Find out Tuesday on 𝕏.

We made two acquisition offers to founders that were declined in the last year. The offers were for: $10M and $25M. Both went to zero because their VC's convinced them to swing for the fences. Not life changing money for a VC but significant money for a first time founder.
