When Facebook was launched and it killed MySpace (and others) it was materially different in its proposition. At the time it was new and exciting. Threads simply doesn’t seem differentiated or distinctive from Twitter. #threads #clone

@nickgerli1 I suspect a lot of this is driven by low quality opportunistic Airbnb properties coming on during the pandemic. The high quality ones that provide a great product to guests will be fine.

The Airbnb collapse is real. Revenues are down nearly 50% in cities like Phoenix and Austin. Watch out for a wave of forced selling from Airbnb owners later this year in the areas hit hardest by the revenue collapse.
