@DurelFootball @SkyeEddy I think Skye’s point is many clubs DO NOT have a policy directly addressing playing time or any set policies at all. AND, I agree, for the young ones, play is the best teacher! 😉

@SkyeEddy I own a training academy so I hear a lot from people all over OH, KY, and IN. Each club has a different playing time policy. Would be best to review yours. If the child is getting better with practice then it might be worth it in the long run. BUT, the game is the best teacher!

I am SO SICK AND TIRED of getting messages like this. What the hell is wrong with people? Where are club policies? Parents are trusting! Kids deserve to feel inspired. Who is leading??
