Heute Nacht wurden zwei Schüler von mir abgeschoben! Beide sehr bemüht, ehrgeizig und höflich. Beide integrationswillig und wissbegierig. Der Vater wird noch abgeschoben, weil er heute eine Nachtschicht hatte. Er hat es innerhalb von anderthalb Jahren geschafft zum Steuerzahler zu werden. Die Familie ist christlichen Glaubens. Ich könnte den Behörden als Lehrer etliche Integrationsverweigerer benennen, die einen Scheiß auf Deutschland geben. Diese Familie wollte sich integrieren und Teil unserer Gesellschaft werden.

Ich bin gegen die Todesstrafe. Deshalb begrüsse ich die klare Haltung von Papst Leo XIV. Dass es dazu unterschiedliche Meinungen gibt, weiss ich. Aber was mich an der Todesstrafe am meisten stört: Sie ist endgültig. Keine Korrektur, kein Zurück, kein „wir haben uns geirrt“. Deshalb halte ich die klare Ablehnung für richtig.

@realCarola2Hope They confused "cult" and "sect" in the first place. The first is solely used in the US in that derogatory sense. It is a framing introduced by confrontational prostestants in order to smear catholics (and astern orthodox). The whole world understands cult means the legit liturgy.

And that was true for me even during the restrictions of the pandemic. I thought that was the case everywhere in the world.

The Apostolic Pardon: • Removes this entirely, if the person is rightly disposed • Strengthens the soul with peace and confidence • Helps the person die in hope, not fear It is the Church saying to her child: “Go to the Lord, cleansed and ready.” 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐔𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐲: 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐚 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬𝐭 One of the most important acts of love you can do for a dying Catholic is this: Call a priest immediately. Do not wait until the last breath. Do not assume there is still time. The Apostolic Pardon is not automatic. It is given through the ministry of the priest, and it must be requested or at least made possible by calling him. A priest can bring: • Confession (if the person is able) • Anointing of the Sick • Holy Communion (Viaticum) • And the Apostolic Pardon To delay calling a priest is to risk depriving your loved one of these final graces. This is not about fear. It is about love, responsibility, and faith. If you truly love the person, you will not hesitate. You will act. 𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐬 The Apostolic Pardon flows from the authority given by Christ to His Church: • In Gospel of Matthew 16:19, Jesus gives Peter the keys: “Whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven…” • In Gospel of John 20:23, He entrusts the forgiveness of sins to the Apostles. From this authority comes the Church’s power to grant indulgences, applying the merits of Christ and the saints. The Church teaches this clearly in the Catechism of the Catholic Church (CCC 1471–1479): • An indulgence is the remission of temporal punishment due to sins already forgiven • ł mmm c Pardon reveals something profound: The Church is not only concerned with how we live, but with how we die. And in that final moment, your role matters too. Do not wait. Call a priest. Ask for the Apostolic Pardon. Because love does not delay when eternity is at stake.
