Question for GenX ladies… What was that perfume you wore as teens in 1985-90? Floral and sweet…smelled like spring…remember it from high school dances but never knew what it was…whatever it was it should make a comeback.

@iWomansplainer Mine are 18 and 15 and every stage has been ‘the best’. Such a joy to watch them grow - even into adults! Enjoy watching him grow - and I am very sorry for the loss of your baby girl.

Ugh. Sometimes it’s annoying when tweets make it outside my little circle. Yes, I know 4 months may not seem like a long time to many of you, but my daughter only lived for 6, so it’s 2/3 of her life. To me, it is a long time.

now we have AI in the mix , making it more difficult for young people to know what qualifications are going to be relevant in the changing white collar workforce. @Mon4Kooyong Is it really fair to ask taxpayers to fund degrees in fields that aren’t exactly in high demand in the workplace? There doesn’t seem to be a high number of vacancies for artists and musicians.

My 18yo (in charge of 50 kids at OSHC) and 14yo (in charge of choreographing 40 kids) have just been comparing notes and have informed me that they ‘can’t think of anything easier’ than being a parent of two kids. Lol.

Also significantly cheaper to become an English/HPE teacher than a history teacher. What's the issue with teaching history? Seems kind of important these days...

Does anyone know why it costs thousands of dollars more ($7500) to study to be a high school English/History teacher than an English/Religion teacher?
