I just like the idea that we can talk about future trade targets and won't always be met with "the Bengals will never do it" because THEY HAVE DONE IT. I know I'm guilty of it in the past too. I've asked them to make an all-in move for a long time. Why wouldn't I be happy with this trade? We've got a few more hurdles for this franchise to cross, but just focusing on this move, it has done so much for the fanbase and you've seen the energy it creates in the locker room and with the coaches yesterday too. These are the fun moments that we've rarely gotten to enjoy. So don't let negative commentators bring you down.

As for the “ did he say we?” crowd - 1. I played 168 games as a bengal. 2. 3 division titles 3. 5 straight playoff appearances- 6 total 4. Had all four of my kids in the Nati 5. Been to jeff Rubys a 1000 times 6. Pretended to like skyline chili when sober 7. Stumbled drunk around Mt Adams eating pizza 8. Montgomery Inn bbq in my fridge right now 9. Spent many a night in the Courtyard Covington. 10. Sat in a reds suite with Neil Armstrong 11. Watched Amy Grant with the CPO at Cincinnati Music Hall 12. Partied with Nick Lachey in “Club Bang”on 4th street 13. Ate the “Beluga” sushi boat on the reg in Hyde park Square 14. Sat w/charlie sheen as he smoked a cig in the Queen City club. And the List goes on.. So I’ll use “We” respectfully any damn time I want. 🤣 Who dey! 💪🏼

@Keir_Starmer The UK and France “announcing” anything is a joke. US and Israel did all the dirty work. You sound like a 4th stringer claiming victory in the last 2 minutes of an 8-nil soccer match.

It’s good news that the Strait of Hormuz has now reopened. This must be a long lasting and workable solution, without tolls or restrictions on routes. Today we announced our joint plan with France and other international partners to protect freedom of navigation. We need to see a return to peace and stability, and a permanent ceasefire.

YIKES: #Colorado HC Deion Sanders: “We’re doing things that have never been done. When you see a confident black man, talking his talk & walking his walk, coaching 75% African Americans in the locker room, that’s kind of threatening; they don’t like that”

Someone asked me how I can be a Christian and support Trump. Well first of all, I DON’T support everything Trump does, or has done. I don’t know anyone that does. But that’s beside the point. Trump is a counterweight and not a savior. As a Christian I’m constrained to ask “which outcome restrains what I believe is more harmful?” So, the real question is NOT “Can a Christian support Trump?” The real question is: What is the Christian ultimately placing their hope in? My faith doesn’t find a determining factor based on who’s in the Oval Office, but rather Who is on the throne of Heaven. Contrary to today’s postmodern thought I can support certain things, dislike others, and find my identity in none of it. The moment you start acting like your political position is the litmus test for Christianity, you have already stepped outside the heart of the Gospel. Arrogant pseudo-spirituality that judges and criticizes based on political decisions in 21st century America is lazy at best. You can support Trump. You can oppose Trump. But if you can’t love your brother while doing it, then don’t pretend this is about Jesus.

@benga1scentre I’m sure your data is accurate, but to be fair the DT market has exploded in recent years so you could get them a bit on the cheap previously. It wasn’t paid or drafted as a premium position like edge.

If Logan Wilson was not retiring I would have had him back in stripes this year to be the veteran presence in our LB room again. I get the situation was not a positive one during the end of his tenure here.. but man… he is a cerebral, mature guy with leadership in his blood.

I have no idea if they'd go for this or not —but my ideal draft night trade for the #Commanders would be something like this... CIN receives: 7th pick 2027 third-round pick WSH receives: 10th pick Tee Higgins #RaiseHail

@Wes_Harrison @danieldubs @JamesRapien 15 years ago a FO could be patronizing and get away with it. Not any more. Too much data, information, and coverage. I think it’s why Mike and Duke never talk. They know there are questions for which they have no answers (like cap malpractice).

I’m 99% sure @JamesRapien attempted to ask Duke why they structure contracts the way they do and Duke just said “you want to talk about contract structure?” Yes Duke. Yes we do. We’d actually like you to spend about an hour on the topic because it makes no sense 😂

@JoeGoodberry @Andrew_Russell7 They treat future cap space as the “end” not the “means”. It’s like an 80 year old multi-millionaire that still saves money. It’s so conservative every year.

Yes, the Bengals gave out the two highest 2026 Cap Hits to APY deals. The average 2026 Cap Hit was 51% of the Average Per Year. The other teams that gave out big Year 1 Cap Hits? Raiders, Titans, Cardinals. Because they don't have a QB to pay and had tons of cap space. And it's not like the Bengals are offering less cash in year one. Their year 1 Cash to APY ratio is amongst the highest in the league. They're not saving cash. They're not saving cap. They're just limiting their 2026 team. Again.
