The Fed is already printing money.. $19bn in april $20bn set for may. this is why the balance sheet and global liquidity has been rising and why the ISM has been over 50 for last few months.
can research debt buy backs / t bills etc.. It's not called QE but it smells like it and has roughly the same resultant effect!

The Fed's dot plot suggests that there will be NO significant rate cut until AFTER the year 2029.
