This is something most people don’t know, so let me explain Before Islam existed, much of the Middle East was Christian Asia Minor (modern Turkey) was Christian. Syria was Christian. Egypt was Christian. Iraq was Christian. Lebanon was Christian. Palestine was Christian. Jordan was Christian. Parts of North Africa like Libya, Morocco and Tunisia were Christian. Antioch, Alexandria, and Edessa were among the greatest centers of Christian learning in the world These places were arguably more central to early Christianity than Europe. The apostles preached there. The earliest churches were built there, and many of the Church Fathers came from these lands Then in the 7th century, Islamic armies expanded out of Arabia. The wars were brutal, cities were taken by force, and the entire political and religious structure of the region changed. Christians who had once been the majority were gradually reduced to second class citizens Within a few decades they conquered Syria, Egypt, Iraq, and Persia. Within a century they controlled most of the Christian Middle East and North Africa Most Christians were forced to convert, others fled, and some lived as second-class citizens That's what's going to happen soon if we don't stop them
Dr. Maalouf ‏@realMaalouf

Syria (Aleppo) in the 1950s, when 40% of the population was Christian. Today, it’s less than 1%. This is the case for all the Middle East under Islam. Funny how no one cares about this genocide.

The very young, very trad priest who celebrated Mass at our parish this morning began his homily with, “Today I will be preaching on the first reading, from the book of Acts, also known as the communism reading.” The whole congregation laughed. Father then proceeded to explain, per soon-to-be-Blessed Fulton Sheen, that communism is not the way. Giving of ourselves, personal generosity, sharing economic wealth voluntarily with our brothers in Christ, and detachment from material goods are what Jesus calls us to do as His followers. It was exactly the clarity the faithful needed. A refreshing and encouraging reminder that the newest generation of Catholic priests are ultra trad, conservative, theologically sound, and unafraid to preach what might be culturally unpopular.

Hector Resendez - Trade School Secrets
One of my neighbors kid went to trade school for HVAC at 18. His parents were embarrassed because everyone around us, college is the only option promoted. He spent $6k and started at $65k while his friends were still in school. At 25 he got his contractor license. At 27 he opened his own shop. Last year his company did $2.1 million in revenue with 3 trucks. His friends just started to pay off their student loans. Now, my neighbors cant stop bragging about their son who also is our neighborhood HVAC tech. Day 96 tagging @mikeroweworks to let everyone know that we need more kids like this.

Think about this. The Demokkkrats who are now going berserk about @ericswalwell and his perversion, ignorance and idiocy ALL, to a person, WOMEN INCLUDED, said NOTHING while this assbag was on every talk show, every night, trying to say our President was without morals, integrity, and the rest. They KNEW, and not only said nothing but backed him against our President. It's who they are, who they have always been. This is the Fascists of Antifa calling the rest of the world fascists while having zero idea what fascism actually is. Or the "No Kings" protestors shouting no kings in a country run by a freedom loving President. No kings protestors who would be beheaded or jailed in Palestine, Iran, Iraq, and all the other countries they "love" more than America.

🚨The haters are coming after 16-year-old Ella, the young Wisconsin girl leading the fight to get boys out of girls bathrooms in K-12 schools. Ella is strong, and so is her family, but she's just a kid. To my followers, please show her some support & ❤️ She recently opened an @X account⬇️ @EllaFrei17 Hey @elonmusk, it would be great if you would send this brave girl a shout out. Ella is the reason why this story got national attention. She’s the reason that the @POTUS took notice and @CivilRights started a Title IX investigation. She and other students are the reason why a federal lawsuit was just initiated today by @WILawLiberty. She’s the reason why a school board candidate endorsed by @Moms4Liberty took the majority of votes on Tuesday. She’s the reason why the board President, a total loser Tim Walz loving Democrat from Minnesota who probably supports tampons in the boys bathrooms, was kicked off the board. Ella: STAY STRONG💪🏽 Real Women Rock #XX @WhiteHouse @HarmeetKDhillon @EDSecMcMahon @Riley_Gaines_ @xx_xyathletics @usedgov

Time for a new AG Massachusetts! "For those who are paying attention to the audit, the Attorney General filed a brief, and her brief is a tower of arrogance. It says the reason the auditor can't have an attorney so that you get the audit you voted for is because her office would lose power. If that is an out and out statement of the arrogance of her office. I don't know what is. My name is Mike Walsh. I'm running against Andrea Campbell." @bostonbroadside @agenturban @MikeMinogueABMD @AnneBrensleyMA @JohnEDeaton1 @NewBostonPost @Mass_Audit @MassFiscal @massauditor @MassDailyNews @islantstudio @HowieCarrShow @TheKuhnerReport @G_CURLEY @bostonherald @FallRiverReport #mapoli #audit #whataretheyhiding #mikewalshAG #iamoneofthe72 #thepeoplesattorney

Build this (a Carnegie library) not that (Obama's Brutalist horror) If you need evidence that Brutalism is designed to horrify, depress, and blight, just look at the sort of thing it is standing in place of The Carnegie libraries were built not just to be functional, but to be beautiful. To uplift the spirit. To encourage learning by presenting an attractive front that welcomed people and reminded them of the civilization-building importance of what they were doing as they read and learned or encouraged the habit in others. Hence why they were made to be beautiful: that was as much the point as their existence at all Such was true generally of public architecture up to then. City halls, legislatures, country houses, etc. were made to be beautiful and to represent civilizational vitality, wealth, cultivation, and refinement. Little small towns constructed beautiful city halls to show that they too were part of the upward trajectory in American (or British, German, whatever) prosperity and wanted to show it. There was a pride in what they were making, and understanding that making it beautiful was part of the civilizational mission before them So they relied on a few styles, such as Neo-Classical, Federal, Palladian, Baroque, and so on, depending on the specific time and place, to achieve that. Those are styles that, with their symmetry, lines, and adornment, non-deranged people generally find attractive Then along came Brutalism. It was inflicted upon us in the post-WW2 era. It is not meant to be beautiful, to uplift, or to inspire. It is meant to depress. To discombobulate. To demoralize. It is ugly and awful, blighting the lives of all who see it, creating the opposite of the emotions public architecture used to try to inculcate That is the point of it, and why our deranged elite loves blighting cities with it, such as with the Obama Learing Center in Chicago
