GM lovely people 🤎 So I’ve manage to peel myself off the iPad for a full day yesterday. It was a necessary measure, because the burn out felt real. Once I let go for a little while, even something rewarding happened, I’ll share a little later ☺️
I made a recipe book of 17 meals to stay LEAN year-round.

I feel deflated. I’m redrawing 3rd piece out of 6, because they just don’t seem to work. In reality I need to admit that my mind and my body are screaming for rest, but I’m fooling myself into believing that they don’t, because I simply cannot afford it right now. Tired. Teary.
Want to unf*ck your testosterone levels?
I made a cheat sheet on the easiest science-based plan to get healthy testosterone.
For the next 24 hours, I'm giving it away for free.

GM 🤎 Digital artists, a technical question: you know when you overwork your iPad it heats up and to save energy (I presume) it automatically tunes down the brightness of the screen - is there a way to turn this function off? SOS
@DariaElshiner May not be the same thing but mine does that when the battery get low and the iPad switches to “Power Saver” mode. If I go to Settings->Battery I can turn power saver mode off. I use mine for holding sheet music and it is on for 3-4 hours at a time at some performances
