@Steady5063 Well Twitter has been going down hill since they fired the accessibility team.

The blue checks being removed because of paywall only makes Twitter less accessible. Now folks may be confused by who is legit and not, or if a news source they followed is now parody . It almost makes it 'pay for #Accessibility' model, which is flat out awful. #A11y #Inclusion

@Spalding why are you charging $297 for the plastic base of a basketball hoop that now only costs $288 for a new entire basketball hoop with all the parts? That is ridiculous. The plastic base has 2 be one of the cheaper parts as it is just molded plastic walmart.com/ip/Spalding-60…

@Steady5063 setRoleDescription basically is like adding role of Button to the content Description. It just makes TalkBack announce the role during normal swipe gesture navigation ☹️

@Steady5063 If Android had accessibilityTraits like iOS, aria roles or if setRoleDescription actually made a element navigable as a button using TalkBack control navigation this wouldn't be an issue

#Accessibility tip for any #MobileDev out there. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT add "button", "link", "heading" at the end of an #A11y label. It may sound like it is properly announced, however, if someone uses #iOS rotor or #Android LCM to navigate, they will NOT be able to!

@Steady5063 Also, links embedded in a paragraph of text on Android are not always keyboard accessible with TalkBack off. Issues have been filled with Google, but Google has refused to fix it. So I don't recommend using links if it is possible.

@aardrian How is the base mouse itself?

I bought the Microsoft Adaptive Mouse (support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/ho…) and grabbed the 3D files to print mouse tails (shapeways.com/shops/microsof…). If you do this, beware that the files have no rafts/supports, so you will need to experiment if you print them. Mine took a few tries.
