Kehoe has cut funding for state organizations that work with people with developmental disabilities but has plenty of tax money for the billionaires.

Last year @MikeLKehoe said eliminating capital gains tax(only state to do it) would cost only $100m a year and spur economic growth to make up for that lose, it ended up costing $600m & no economic growth came. Remember that when he makes lofty amendment 5 promises
