@SynnaMoonveil This is unfortunately becoming very normal... Not long ago, I was part of a Discord with an ex-VShojo member and her narcissist BF who clearly didn't like me. He easily spouted nonsense and got everyone to mass block me without question! I LITERALLY didn't even do anything.

A friend is going through it right now, so I just wanted to say... If you ever hear bad rumors about me, I would hope you'd come talk to me about it and ask for my side/context. Passing judgment without hearing both sides to something is ignorant at best and actually quite cruel to do to someone. Don't be just another storm cloud in the world; we have enough of those.

🌈 Random Helpful Psychology Definition of the Day 🌈 (because let's do something different today) ❓ Did you know that psychologists have found that most people don't understand what a "boundary" actually is, and having the wrong understanding of what it looks like can actively damage your relationships and your own mental health? So, let's break down the difference between a boundary, a rule, and an expectation. (TLDR at the bottom!) 📌 Boundary: A good boundary has to do with your OWN behavior, not controlling someone else's. It is NOT an ultimatum or demand of how others should act, rather a limit of what you will or won't tolerate around you. For example: if your boundary is about people bringing drama to you, it deosn't mean you demand they are forbidden from doing it; it means you will take space, or not reply, etc. It is establishing how YOU will act and react to things that you can't or won't tolerate around you. That also means everyone's boundaries vary wildly from one person to another, so it's hard to tell what they could be. That's why it's about your OWN self moderation and how YOU can keep your own peace of mind. 🛑 Rule: Used to try others what to do or not do. It is about controlling the person or situation. A good example is a households with kids; rules will be the requirements such as doing their chores before getting to watch TV. Sometimes rules can be unfair or unreasonable, but they are basically the "laws" you must follow. Rules have to be achievable or manageable to be considered "fair". ⚠️ Expecation: These are how you WANT others to act and react. It is what you HOPE they will do. However, if you do not voice these, you absolutely cannot also expect anyone to know or follow them; nobody can mind read. Unspoken expectations are the most damaging of all on this short list. Many people don't think they need to express their expectations, which can easily lead to being disappointed in others if they can't meet them. Many people have expectations of others based on how they themselves would act and react, which isn't always realistic. Many people confuse this as a boundary; it is not. 📢 TLDR - Boundaries moderate your own actions and reactions to protect your peace; they are not used to control others. Boundaries are internal. - Rules are about control; they are used to create law and order in your environment or workplace. Rules are external. - Expecations are what you hope or want others to do (and can be the most damaging of all if not properly voiced). Expectations are external. ❗️ Remember: there are NO universal boundaries, rules, or expectations. Everyone is too varied. @Zanjo__ It's a very real thing though unfortunately. I've seen people get mass harassed then ditched by cliques in this space over VERY trivial matters! Sure, there's those who always play the victim, but there's also those who will stop at nothing to take advantage of others.

When I hear people get blocked numerous times by different people they get close with and somehow they end up the victim in every story. I get skeptical.

You know, I’ve talked about this a lot If a streamer is putting on some obviously forced voice/personality, be careful. Not saying they’re all bad, but it’s definitely a yellow → orange sign lol …Not quite red but 😅 Women do it too, but in this case with men, if they’re obviously lowering their voice and going all sexual style, that’s a hard nope. If they’re 30+ and still playing a prepubescent teenager… gtfo yesterday. Being a lewdtuber, or more specifically a “whore” (which is what I said), an online prostitute (OF/Fansly), is not an opinion. It’s bad behavior that should be corrected. I feel like it’s very telling that you’re trying to find any excuse to defend people who actively engage in something that damages both men and women (mentally & physically).

“Lewdtubing” and this sort of content in general—Cam Streamers included—has become a business model that preys on vulnerable men and vulnerable, impressionable young teens—kids—for easy money, and fame OF/Fansly is hypersexualizing our culture to the point that even women who don’t partake get sexualized daily because it’s been so aggressively normalized. Young girls are being influenced and groomed into believing they should sell their bodies the moment they turn 18 because of these creators. Boys are being conditioned from a young age into heavily parasocial sexual relationships—with the goal of being turned into “infinite money glitches” Men are in the middle of a severe mental health crisis, killing themselves in record numbers, while young boys are viewed as sexual prey to build massive wealth I don’t condone sexually preying on vulnerable people. Period. It’s wrong. Everyone knows it’s wrong. But most stay silent because they’re scared it’ll destroy their career if they upset the creators who engage in this heavily predatory behavior People keep claiming OF/Fansly content on underaged platforms is “safe” and “harms no one.” They’re lying to your face to avoid accountability for the crisis they’re creating

@KokoRoachie THANK YOU! I actually had a bad experience with an ex-VShojo member who used autism as an excuse for EVERYTHING!! She'd literally get away with bulling and I felt unable to defend myself. Luckily I'm out of that situation now, but you have no idea how validated I feel from this!!

@Zanjo__ Don't take it personally, it's not on you! I've had situations in the past with unstable people who will always complain until they get attention from one, very specific person. People like that don't truly care about anyone else and usually refuses any professional help...

Trying to be there for someone all the time you can and they complain about always being alone is really a spit in the face for the people who showed up for you. Maybe I am wrong for thinking that?

@Zanjo__ You're not alone, many people struggle to find their belonging. But not being part of a community isn't indicative of you as a person! In fact, most groups can be considered cliques and are miserable company to be around. Instead of trying to fit in, why not build your own group?

This might be selfish and ingrateful to think this way, but I sometimes think about giving up. I don't know how to talk to people, I don't know how to entertain people, I can't hype anyone up. I have a terrible personality. My singing is mediocre. With how mentally unstable I have been, with how many stupid decisions I made, would anyone care to hang with me or support me. I feel like everyone has their "group" of friends that support them, but here I am alone. Always feeling like some kind of outcast. Maybe I deserve all this.
