quick #buildinpublic update i’m a designer and i got tired of background removal tools being slow, paid, or full of limits so i built my own using claude code it’s a macos menu bar tool that runs fully on device, using apple vision for segmentation and sam for manual refinement no api calls no credits no latency still a work in progress but the core loop is working and i’m excited to keep improving it if you’ve built something similar or have ideas to make this better would love to hear 👀

@JoeMihavel On device with no API calls is the way to go for tools like this. No latency and no usage limits is a huge UX win.
