Biggest pivot I don’t talk about much is that I stopped chasing so many story stocks. That game is exhausting and EXTREMELY time consuming. I thought being early was the biggest key. It’s simply not true. Better to be later on the entry after a lot of uncertainty has left the equation imo.

Don’t tell me you’re broke and can’t invest when you smoke weed every day, get takeout 5 times a week and drink every weekend I don’t wanna hear it

Had 1,250 shares of $HOOW at a $24.01 average. Closed the position for a $304.09 gain. Since today’s the ex-div date and I held through Friday’s record close, I’ll also collect $345.92 in dividends tomorrow, bringing the total to $650.01 from this play. Why did I sell earlier than normal? I think we’re heading lower into this week/next. 4 for 4 on this strat😮‍💨

This is how I end up easily securing 20% People think cheaper is best because it allows you to buy more. Cheaper creates more risk and more issues
