That is still a paraphrase, not what the text actually says. The passage warns against hypocritical judgment, not against discernment itself. The very next verses make that clear. “Man looketh on the outward appearance, but the Lord looketh on the heart” also does not mean outward actions are irrelevant. Scripture repeatedly addresses conduct, choices, and accountability. No one is claiming she answers to me. But discussing behavior, standards, or beliefs is not the same thing as condemning someone. Disagreement is not judgment in the biblical sense being referenced

I saw a guy saying, “This woman should never be allowed in a church.” Personally, I think she should be welcomed. What do you think, would she be welcome in your church?

@America85415306 @lady_valor_07 and if you do think that way then you're probably the reason a lot of people don't go to church anymore because they see judgmental people like you and assume Jesus is the same way and want nothing to do with him.

He wouldn't look at them and say oh you need to leave and go dress this way and then come back.

I don't know her story or why she is there. I say this to all church MEMBERS, "If you wouldn't wear it to meet the president or go to your best friend's wedding, or your parents' funeral, why do you think it's ok to wear it to praise God?" I know, I know, I know. Pastors all over the country who are afraid to tell the truth and who care more about attendance and $$ will disagree. Doesn't matter. As a church member, show some respect for The Lord.

If one doesn't believe it's murderer then obviously one won't believe there should be a penalty. But regardless of whether we agree or not, I'll never hate somebody for their belief.

As a woman, I am deeply horrified. Tennessee Republicans are so “pro-life” that they proposed a bill that would allow the death penalty for women who have an abortion. Let that sink in. The death penalty. For a medical decision. This is beyond extreme. It’s not about protecting life... it’s about controlling women’s bodies through fear and punishment. Calling this “pro-life” while threatening women with execution is not just hypocritical, it’s inhumane. Leave women alone.

Good morning! Apparently I struck a nerve yesterday. Woke up to a flood of tweets calling me a b****, a c***, a r******, and a nobody… but most of the accounts had dog , tree or wrestler profile pics and bios that said “follower of Jesus,” so I’ll be sleeping just fine. 😌
