It has nothing to do with fixing markets.
Don’t always think about grain because normal consumers don’t buy unprocessed grain. You are missing the point here. It would bring a complete openness to the way we trade, buy and sell things.

@JoeWecker So if there is a shortage of grain price should still sit at a percentage above the COP. We would need a board to control that and deliveries of grain to maintain the constant price. We could call it CWB. Fixing markets doesn't work. Let them swing.

What is the processors cost and what does the supermarket charge? Now we will see who wants to make a healthy profit and who starts gouging.
