@NeckshredderTV The easiest way they could do it is removing player scavs and adding gear tickets like Abi and delta force have so players who need that free gear can. Have the low tier ones be 1 ticket max and fill up at the rate the scavs currently do

From what I'm seeing/reading it all just represents how much better the game would be if player scavs were drastically reduced/near removed. I don't know anyone who likes running into player scavs, they only like to play as the homeless junky villain who robs all your effort. Unfortunately removing player scavs would be a balancing nightmare as the game is kindof built around that free gear availability for players who need it. The game however on labs and now factory gives you a sense of "okay ive got 9 dogtags, now I know i own this map." Nothing is worse than clearing a map like reserve, shoreline, or anything really, and youre making your way to extract and some fuck ass player scav just spawned in AT YOUR EXTRACT. He hears you running with 100+kg of loot, free pinata for risking nothing. Idk man, kinda ranted but fuck player scavs, id rather get killed by someone on their PMC who has dedicated the last 30 minutes doomscrolling like hes biggamehunterjohn9000 than some idiotic player scav who risked absolutely nothing to waste my time.

@tobyasky You say you have the right to a pet but can a landlord still refuse to let you have one or do they have to let you have one now?

Let me summarise for you guys. As a tenant, you can leave anytime you want, nothing like 12 or 24 months contract. You only have to give your landlord 2 months notice if you need to leave asap. Landlords cannot evict you anytime, maybe because they or their families want to move into the property, they must provide legal grounds like unpaid rent, etc…you can even take them to court if you feel it’s not right and access free legal advice. Landlords can only increase rent once per year, but if you feel it’s above the market rate, you can challenge it that it’s too much. You have a right to a pet, and you can make that request even if landlord says he doesn’t want pet in his property. Summary is that the law is trying to give tenants stronger rights, stability and negotiating power.
