I hate @sony more and more everyday. I have never seen a company lose so much goodwill so fast. The damage to their reputation is immeasurable. The only people defending them are the most obnoxious people on the internet. Their brand is so dead and they don't even know it.

@reenko453 They will see a bump in sales when GTA 6 comes out but they will see a year over year reduction big time. PS6 will sell out at release and then it will rot on the shelves. They are going for short term gains and not seeing the big picture.

How much is "more than 100.000"? What if we count, let's say, all that went over 50k or 25k? Would not sound as dooming as just 7 then, probably? And how does the US fit into the global narrative around physical games, when there are games like Rhythm Heaven Groove that sold half a million copies in two weeks in Japan alone?
Always interesting which developments certain analysts choose to present. E.g., did anybody report that revenue from physical games went up for Sony last year?
