This is the first time I’ve ever been trolled by a preschool. 😂

@AndySwan @CMPiagentini He was convicted of manslaughter and sentenced to 6.5 years in prison. With probation, good time and other sentence reductions, he was released last year.

@Joe_Gerth @CMPiagentini How in the hell is someone that committed murder in 2021 out on the streets already?!! Suicidal empathy abound

Judge Annie O’Connell has a pattern of thinking killing someone only warrants a few months of punishment. Someone is dead as a result of her soft on crime punishment.
Calvin@Calvins_x

In 2021 Chance Guthrie murdered an innocent 14-year-old in Louisville. The judge for the case, Annie O’Connel, determined a few months of house arrest would suffice as his punishment. 5 years later Gutherie just murdered someone else in Louisville. @CMPiagentini

@LindaB7691 @CMPiagentini You clearly don’t understand the complexity of mental illness and drug addiction or what is needed to obtain a mental inquest warrant. You might want to sit this one out.

@Joe_Gerth @CMPiagentini If I had a family member living in trash on the street I would get a mental inquest warrant or I would follow them and stay with them. Or better yet I would’ve been involved in their life and be able to see and prevent them from becoming homeless Her family is pathetic

This is a horrible take from someone who should know better. She was a 35-yr-old who for whatever reason was homeless. I don’t know the circumstances that led to Adams being on the street and doubt @CMPiagentini did either, and I doubt he knows what the family did to help her.
Councilman Anthony Piagentini@CMPiagentini

This is a horrible, horrible tragedy and I pray for the soul of Ms. Adams. Question though, if the family can sue the city, can the city counter sue the family for neglect? What did they not do which could have prevented this from happening?

@LindaB7691 @CMPiagentini How do you know what they did and didn’t do? Homelessness is often the result of severe mental problems or addiction - or both. Sometimes the person suffering from homelessness won’t accept help.

@Joe_Gerth @CMPiagentini Clearly they didn’t do enough for her and I’m very very sure they shouldn’t be suing because they failed her

@Dunn4KY @CMPiagentini If that’s Tony’s point, it’s really not a valid point at all. The city took an action that killed this woman, the family didn’t. I’m not saying the city is financially liable but it’s not an apples to apples comparison.

@Joe_Gerth @CMPiagentini I take Piagentini’s point as: if the family didn’t know and can sue the city for not knowing then why not vice versa? And that’s a valid point. It’s a tragedy with no one to blame most likely unless something comes out in court.

@Dunn4KY @CMPiagentini I don’t know the city is responsible - from the little I know about the case, I’d guess there’s a good chance the city isn’t. That’s what the court process is for though. What Piagentini did tho was to suggest the woman’s family is guilty of neglecting her.

@Joe_Gerth @CMPiagentini I’m almost always with you Joe and anti-Piagentini, but he has a point here. I don’t understand why the city is at fault? How can a family that had no idea where she was blame waste collectors that didn’t know?!?!?!

@Joe_Gerth It’s a commentary on lawsuits. This is an absurd lawsuit and so would suing the family. Why is the city liable and nobody else? How about nobody is liable and this was just a tragedy.

@LouisvilleDrama @louisvillekygov Nope. It’s a patch that is rough cut, not suitable for activities. There is a large mowed field right across the road that can be used for a variety of things and there is a dedicated soccer/football/rugby field 200 yards away.

Why is @louisvillekygov destroying this wildlife habitat at Hays Kennedy Park? It’s in the area near the pond which is home to birds, turtles, deer and other animals.

@CharlesWaller18 @louisvillekygov It’s really maddening. There is a large mowed field that is rarely used at the park. They don’t need to cut this area. Save money, just let it grow.

@JohnJHarwood John, you can tell you’re correct simply by the guy’s overuse of the word “literally.” He “literally” used the word “literally” three times in that string of posts.

@Adams4SecState We might actually have a Republican governor to succeed himself\herself one day if he/she: a) doesn't get indicted and b) doesn't act like an a-hole to everyone.
