#EPeeps a dual mitral isthmus line 45W AI target 550 (requiring epicardial ablation + additional endicardial touch up) terminated this mitral isthmus + reentrant circuit anti-clockwise around box and PVs merging with the mitral isthmus after coming through the anterior wall & LAA
