@vincristine @Soul_of_a_Sage Nope Not possible to give informed consent when information was unknown or withheld I was asked to confirm I was making a free and informed decision to vaccinate I laughed, and said "I am mandated - no other options provided"

Very good interview with a doctor in Wellington who's concerned that he passed on information as he knew it, but if he'd known he'd have advised his patients differently. Hes concerned about the trust broken So why don't the media interview doctors for their perspectives????

"Justice Kiri Tahana granted permanent name suppression despite opposition from the Crown." Why would you grant permanent name suppression to someone importing 700Kg of meth???
Simon Anderson@SimonRAnderson

Judge Kiri Tahana tried to suppress serious offending, fortunately she was overruled by the Court of Appeal. Tahana is an immigrant from Bromalia. It is unconscionable for her and her kind to be sitting in judgement over real Kiwis. stuff.co.nz/nz-news/360955…

Why can't NZ deliver infrastructure? Thousands fewer seats, $200 million over budget and years delayed. It's honestly embarrassing.

@SCNewsShare1 @Pharmaho @stevemagness 5-ARD is a MALE-ONLY DSD: only 46,XY males with testes & male testosterone levels. Male puberty still happens → more muscle, bone density & hemoglobin = 9-12% performance edge in women’s 800m (BJSM studies). That’s exactly how they dominate. IOC SRY screen protects fair sport.

@Pharmaho @stevemagness They aren't men. They're women who were born with female anatomy but unusually high testosterone levels. That's the "DSD" mentioned in the original post.

A few crazy things about this race and the climate at the time. -Melissa Bishop would have been a legend without the DSD athletes. Olympic Gold, World Champ, and a WC silver. -You'd talk to a lot of elite mid-distance women behind the scenes for years and they'd be pissed off, but afraid to get reamed in the media for doing so. Or just realizing that nothing would change. -Canada's head coach who was told after Bishop finished 4th at the Olympics by a lawyer for the Canadian Olympic committee "‘You say one thing about this, I’m going to make sure you’re banned for life in all sports.’” -Lyndsey Sharp did speak up and got torn apart in the media, so the fear was real. It was just a wild time. And many women lost a lot of money and glory because of it.
Mark Shearman MBE@AthleticsImages

After today's excellent decision by the IOC.,if the Rio 2016 women's 800m. was held today, the 3 medallists in my photo. Wambui, Niyonsaba & Semenya would be barred and the medals would go to Canada's Melissa Bishop, Poland's Joanna Jozwik & GB's Lynsey Sharp @AthleticsWeekly

@FrauBobble Couple of shots that I included in error. One was a woman on testosterone, rather than a bloke. Another was a NZ rower that I mistakenly included as YouTube lied to me and made me look foolish. 🤣

@Scienceofsport @runthinkwrite @RobHarris I’m not sure giving Semenya rope does anyone any favours. She has been embarrassing herself with the incoherence of her answers in all the recent interviews I have seen from her and I can understand that the challenge to her identity as an Olympic champion is pretty overwhelming.

There's a good deal of very mistaken criticism of the IOC policy, and rebutting it is a big job. And we can't rebut it all. But that's OK, because people can make their own minds up. Here, Caster Semenya makes a series of completely wild accusations against Kirsty Coventry, and against the policy. Whatever you think of Caster's story, however much you might sympathize, Caster is not a good advocate. This is not honest, well-argued stuff. It's empty resentment. Again, that resentment might be a little understandable, however ill-founded it is. But it can't be allowed to influence policy.
Sky News@SkyNews

Double Olympic champion Caster Semenya spoke to Sky's @RobHarris exclusively in reaction to the International Olympic Committee's decision to ban transgender women athletes from female events. Read more on this story: trib.al/sA47d3d

A glimpse into the mind of a leftard is truly a wonderful thing. They don't care about Ardern preaching “kindness” and socialism while jet-setting the globe for six-figure speaking gigs and billionaire cash. They don't care about the constant pandering to Maori and the race-based division as a result. They don’t care about Labour’s catastrophic screw-up on the Cook Strait ferries that blew out to $3 billion before being axed. They don’t care about Hipkins & Ardern borrowing $60B during COVID, with around half splurged on pet projects that had nothing to do with the pandemic. They don’t care that Hipkins was caught out on the myocarditis risk advice for teens — despite a Cabinet paper in his name. They don’t care about his messy personal life, abandoning his kids and running off with an intern. And they obviously don't care that Labour had no plan for fuel independence other than chasing some woke, fcked-up green energy plan. The list goes on and on. Imagine if even half this shit applied to Luxon or the coalition — the frothing outrage, resignation calls and media pile-ons would be non-stop. All they actually care about is getting their precious Labour assholes back into power so the free stuff can start flowing again.
