I love all ppl of all races, ethnicities, colors and religions. However, I was born in America and pay taxes in America. I do not want to be controlled by any other country, or give my tax money to any other country. We have plenty of problems here that need our attention.

This is terrible for fans. They will maximize profits for shareholders. It’s no longer about winning. It’s about how much profit. Owners will agree to take on more debt and not make as much profit if it means winning a chip. Shareholders are not fans. They just want to get paid

Full release: “Madison Square Garden Sports Corp. Files Initial Form 10 Registration Statement for Proposed Spin-Off of Rangers Business from Knicks Business May 18, 2026 NEW YORK--Madison Square Garden Sports Corp. (NYSE: MSGS) (“MSG Sports” or the “Company”) today announced that it has made progress towards a proposed spin-off of its New York Rangers business from its New York Knicks business by filing a confidential initial Form 10 Registration Statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”). As previously announced, the possible transaction would create two distinct publicly traded companies, enabling shareholders to more clearly evaluate each company’s assets and growth prospects, while providing both with enhanced strategic and financial flexibility. If MSG Sports proceeds with the spin-off transaction, it is expected to be structured as a tax-free spin-off to all Company shareholders and upon completion of the contemplated separation, it is expected that record holders of Company Class A and Class B common stock would receive a pro-rata distribution of 100% of the common stock in the newly created public company. After the proposed spin-off, the New York Knicks company is expected to include the Knicks, an original franchise of the NBA, whose history includes eight trips to the NBA Finals and two NBA Championships, and have advanced to the Eastern Conference Finals in the 2026 NBA playoffs. Also included would be the Westchester Knicks, the exclusive NBA G League affiliate of the Knicks. The New York Rangers company is expected to include the Rangers, one of the NHL’s “Original Six” franchises, which recently celebrated its 100thAnniversary season and whose history includes four Stanley Cup Championships. Also included would be the Hartford Wolf Pack, a minor-league hockey team in the AHL, and the top affiliate team for the Rangers. There can be no assurance that the possible transaction will be completed in the manner described above, or at all. Completion of the transaction would be subject to various conditions, including effectiveness of the Form 10 Registration Statement, any required league approval, receipt of a tax opinion from counsel and Company board approval. About Madison Square Garden Sports Corp. Madison Square Garden Sports Corp. (MSG Sports) is a leading professional sports company, with a collection of assets that includes the New York Knicks (NBA) and the New York Rangers (NHL), as well as two development league teams – the Westchester Knicks (NBAGL) and the Hartford Wolf Pack (AHL). This is Lake Corpus Christi in Texas The dark scarred patches in you see are exposed lakebed, this used to all be underwater There is a drought and an extreme demand for the water for industrial uses like refineries The Mathis water crisis is so great, they’re drilling emergency wells and could lose pumping ability soon Lakefront homes have lost value. Businesses like marinas are hurting. The state park is still open but it looks very different Keep in mind, Texas a while is in an extended drought, yet they are going from 40 data centers to 400 planned data centers in the next 2 years It’s insanity

Don’t forget, Congress also gets $258 per day for lodging (housing) and $79 per day for food/incidentals when Congress is in session (or for committee meetings). That brings their salary up to about $234K a year. Plus they get 75% off health insurance subsidized by taxpayers. But @SpeakerJohnson is RIGHT. Prices are through the roof. The People need a raise. Restore the ACA tax credits. Raise the minimum wage. End the war in Iran. These will make life more affordable for all Americans, not just Members of Congress getting a raise because the Republicans and Trump have made life unaffordable. Instead of paying yourself more, get back to work and earn a raise.

@avidseries @Based_Archive Very diplomatic, sir. I appreciate the insight. I think this is an extremely important key in disseminating the truth. Even if something may be a fact, it wont hold as much weight with the avg person if it’s blatantly biased/unnecessarily aggressive.

Impressive work. My only quibble is that when I go to the page, the first thing I see is this: "Anarcho-tyranny archive. Brought to you by Based Archive." Immediately, this codes you as rightwing. It's probably appealing to others who are similarly rightist, but for those who aren't (such as myself), it suggests the possibility of ideological bias in how the data is collected and presented. Also, I'm not sure that "anarchy-tyranny" is a good descriptor for the very specific type of info that you're compiling. Still, it looks like a good resource and a valuable contribution.

This tweet, with its extreme claims, caught my attention because Elon Musk reposted it. I asked Gemini if any of these claims are accurate. It assured me that they are not. I then asked Grok, which replied that the first four are in fact accurate, and it provided details and sources supporting its response. So, I went back to Gemini, copied and pasted Grok's reply into a prompt, and asked Gemini what it thought about what Grok had just told me. Here's Gemini's response: "I stand corrected... I apologize for my previous response. I attempted to separate fact from social media exaggeration but failed to properly verify the depth of the horrific testimonies from the actual trials like Operation Bullfinch and the Rotherham inquiries. The details you cited from Grok accurately reflect the devastating and brutal reality of what these victims endured."

This Pred paid for an Uber to bring a 14 year old 2 hours, so he could "play" with her in mom's basement. Thankfully, the cops were able to track him down and arrest him, but not until after they had their fun... I hope his jacket is released to all inmates the minute he arrives... P.O.S.

Another kiddo pred caught by an online group that is doing the work of our law enforcement! This 25 year old thought he was meeting a 14 year old girl at the store, with the hopes of bedding her. He also sent 🍆 pics to "her". I like the way these people get shamed all over the internet, and usually also arrested. There is only one way to solve this problem.

Texas is going from 40 Data Centers to over 400 in the next 2 years - Texas could use 30% of US data center power demand by 2028 - By 2030 the Texas data centers could use 161 billion gallons of water per year - The 400 data centers will use the equivalent of 9 million homes in energy usage every year I don’t want to EVER hear the words climate change ever again

Did you know that if you put 100 black ants and 100 red ants together in a jar, they usually coexist peacefully? But if you shake the jar hard, they immediately turn on each other and start killing one another. The red ants see the black ants as enemies, and the black ants see the red ants as enemies. Yet the real enemy is the one shaking the jar. The same thing happens in human society. Before we turn on each other, we should stop and ask ourselves: who is shaking the jar?

This is WILD! MIT just solved one of the hardest unsolved problems in robotics (Save this). For decades, the fundamental problem with soft robots and wearable exoskeletons has not been compute or AI, it has been actuation. The moment you try to give a soft robot meaningful strength, you run into the same wall every engineer has hit since the field began, fluid-driven systems require external pumps, hydraulic reservoirs, and heavy infrastructure that makes the entire thing impractical to wear or embed into fabric. MIT's new Electrofluidic Fiber Muscles solve that problem by eliminating external infrastructure entirely. The key insight is electrohydrodynamic pumping using electric fields to generate pressure directly from electricity, with no moving parts, no motors, and no external fluid reservoir. The fibers are less than 2 millimeters thick, can be woven into fabric like ordinary textile, and operate in complete silence because nothing physically moves inside them, it is just ions propelling fluid through a closed circuit. The performance numbers published in Science Robotics are not conceptual, they are empirical results from actual hardware. These fibers achieve a power density of 50 watts per kilogram, matching skeletal muscle, with a contraction strain of 20% and a response time of 0.3 seconds. A single bundled configuration lifted 4 kilograms, 200 times its own weight while a separate configuration drove a robotic arm through a 40-degree bend compliant enough to safely complete a human handshake. Another configuration launched objects in under 100 milliseconds, which is faster than a human flinch reflex. The design mirrors biological muscle architecture in a way that prior artificial muscle approaches never achieved. The fibers are organized into antagonistic pairs, one contracts while the other extends, exactly like biceps and triceps and because the system runs in a closed loop, the relaxing fiber serves as the fluid reservoir for the contracting one, which is what allows the whole system to operate untethered with no external tank. The applications are not hypothetical but rather are the exact use cases the industry has been waiting years for the hardware to catch up to. Exoskeletons for physical labor, prosthetic limbs that move with the natural compliance of biological tissue, assistive garments for patients with motor disorders, and soft robots capable of safe physical contact with humans are all immediately unlocked by a muscle technology that is silent, lightweight, and weavable into clothing. The deeper significance is what this technology does when it meets the AI robotics wave that is already underway. Every major humanoid robot program, Figure, 1X, Boston Dynamics, Tesla Optimus is currently bottlenecked by the same hardware limitations these fibers address, actuators that are too rigid, too loud, too heavy, or too dependent on infrastructure to operate naturally alongside humans. Electrofluidic fiber muscles do not just solve a materials science problem but rather they remove one of the last physical barriers between robots that live in labs and robots that live in the world.

A peer-reviewed paper published last year in the journal Bioethics by two professors at Western Michigan University School of Medicine argues that it is "morally obligatory" to genetically engineer ticks to spread alpha-gal syndrome, a permanent condition that makes you violently allergic to red meat. The paper is called "Beneficial Bloodsucking." Their argument: if eating meat is morally wrong, then preventing the spread of a disease that forces people to stop eating meat is also morally wrong. Scientists should gene-edit lone star ticks to enhance their ability to carry alpha-gal syndrome and expand their range into urban environments to infect more people. They call this a "moral bioenhancer." They frame releasing genetically modified disease-carrying ticks as a "vaccination" that only "infringes" on your bodily autonomy rather than "violating" it. The distinction, apparently, is that a tick bit you instead of a government official holding you down. Alpha-gal syndrome is not mild. The CDC estimates up to 450,000 Americans are already affected. Cases have surged 100-fold in the last decade. Symptoms include anaphylaxis. There is no cure. Alpha-gal cases are exploding across the United States. The lone star tick's range is expanding far beyond its historical territory. And two academics at a medical school published a paper arguing this is a good thing that should be accelerated. At what point do we stop treating papers like this as fringe academic exercises and start asking whether anyone is already acting on them?
