Great to be back @WarringtonRLFC last night to deliver the @WWRLFoundation men’s mental fitness programme on behalf of @stateofmindsprt We focused on anxiety, alcohol, purpose & some tough talk on suicidal ideation. It’s a valuable weekly drop-in session 🧠

When we attended the @WarringtonRLFC game a few weeks ago to collect donations, we managed to raise a fabulous £251.23! Thank you to everyone who donated and well done to our volunteers from our partners for helping spread the word about Hope100 and suicide prevention. 1/2
