@StefanMolyneux I highly doubt that would solve the problem. It would honestly probably make the birth rate go down faster. A majority of people in their prime fertility years don't make enough to even pay federal income tax.

The only way to save the birth rate is to eliminate the income tax and forced government wealth transfers.
