Yet again we have run out of gas @HorseandGroom3 Only to be told that the driver ran out of time last week – he never bothered to return!How on earth are we meant to be running a business?

Only eight weeks later we have the same problem we can’t get through to the helpline and@horseandgroom3 is about to run out of Calor again

I have been trying to work out why the @MichelinGuideUK still lists the nearby Richmond Arms in West Ashling two years after it closed - do they inspect their restaurants?

@officialcalor I have tried to reach the helpline but cannot get through. For the third time in under three months we are about to run out of gas at the @HorseandGroom3 With a full restaurant and rooms this weekend. We have been trying all week to get our thanks refilled

Really disappointed @officialcalor that @HorseandGroom3 have been let down for the second time in a month - run out of gas - 40 disappointed guests had no food. Why can’t you get your act together and auto replenish - or even answer the phone?
