Not even trying to draw Manny out on this one but bro, have you seen the clips of how Ghetts was driving in the lead up to the collision? He was jumping red lights, narrowly missing cyclists, colliding with other vehicles, fully driving in the opposite lane to overtake multiple vehicles at once, and remaining in that lane even when he had room to move back into the right lane. That night was only going to end one way. Him getting 12 years in jail was a slap on the wrist.

@JohnBlicked @korejay OK, so if not premeditated, should he get same sentence as someone who deliberately planned and executed a stabbing of a civilian? This is why sentencing guidelines exist. Disagree on optics, he probably thought he’d get away with it, assuming they didn’t die.

Stupid mistake. Not premeditated murder. Be rational.

The fees may not be astronomical but good enough for additions
