Hello @QualityCottages we have a late April booking which we cannot take up under current gov.uk Covid rules as we are from 4 separate households. Pls advise how we can re-book for later in the year as your online booking form does not allow this at present.

Hello @wizzair I just tried to cancel my booking on today's 14.35pm LTN - LCA flight W9 4459 but received no email acknowledgement and the booking is no longer showing in my account. Please advise solution. Thanks.

@wizzair Hi @wizzair more info re restrictions on entry to Cyprus here: cyprusflightpass.gov.cy Passenger cancellation in this circumstance is anything but voluntary. Can you therefore please publish a statement explaining why the usual cancellation fee policy has not been revised. Thanks

Hello @wizzair I am booked on your flight ref W9 4459, LTN/LCA, 14.35pm, 16 June. Per govt guidelines I will be unable to enter Cyprus from the UK: zbordirect.com/en/tools/visa?… Please advise how I can claim a full refund without usual fees in this exceptional circumstance. Thank you.

@British_Airways hello, I DMd cancelled flight refund (not voucher) request with full details on 21 March and also completed refund webform, but no acknowledgment to date. Have screenshots of both but would appreciate confirmation of receipt even if refund itself delayed. Thanks.
