@yanewm Thanks for Marta! Is there any way to bind other keys to switch panes like the tab key does?

Sometimes, I wonder whether I should replace the text configuration in Marta with some GUI. Which interface would you prefer? 🦊

I would like to place on record my sincere appreciation for John Campion [ @JohnCampionJr ] - the CMS he created for the AnandTech editors to use was a joy to work with. Miles ahead of any of the other options I have experimented with.

After 27 years of providing in-depth coverage of the amazing world of PC and mobile hardware, AnandTech is saying farewell. We want to thank everyone from the AnandTech community for their support and passion for what we’ve done over the years anandtech.com/show/21542/end…

I'm currently available for employment and/or freelance roles! I am an experienced PC Hardware Editor, but I'm also openpen to Tech PR Roles. (Warning: long tweet!) Please tag or retweet anyone who may be interested in hiring me! I have some big news. My tenure at @anandtech has ended, and it's been a great seven or so years, which I genuinely loved. I would have been proud to have even contributed a small tidbit to an article at AnandTech, let alone all the content I have over the years. I have posted over 500 bylines, with many of these being detailed analyses and event coverage. Writing for AnandTech was my pipedream when I first got into this industry many years ago, and I can honestly say I have accomplished this dream and gone beyond the realms of what I thought. The experience genuinely humbles me. Going from a basic freelance editor to taking over from Dr. Ian Cutress as Senior Editor is one of my greatest lifelong achievements, and I'm forever grateful for it. I learned so much from my time at AT and got to stamp my authority on PC hardware as the authority. Over the years, I've had the pleasure of working with some of the best the industry has to offer, including @RyanSmithAT, @ganeshts, @andreif7, and others from the team. I also want to give a special mention to my mentor and friend throughout my time at AnandTech, Dr. @IanCutress: Without this man, I wouldn't be where I am today, and I'm forever grateful for his knowledge, friendship, and very strong ethical nature. During my time, I've met some wonderful people I consider good friends and done amazing things with amazing people. I just wanted to thank everyone, including companies and anyone my content has helped over the years! I'm not leaving the industry, though... If you're looking for an experienced editor with many years of experience and great relationships in the tech industry, please feel free to contact me! Thanks to all (please retweet or tag anyone who may be interested in my services 🙂)

@VanceBullivant @KiwiforGmail This. I am evaluating Kiwi and have zero interest in AI generated anything. I will not purchase a license if there is no way to turn this off.

@KiwiforGmail Is there a way to remove the tag line at the top of the window? I don't really want to see it there whenever I open Kiwi ... At $39 a year, I think I should be able to disable an ad asking me to pay more.

@MrFiiftyShades @Azeron_Keypad This. As a one handed gamer, I was super excited about the Cyro, but this design just doesn't work well as a mouse at all. Not sure why you didn't provide a flat option like your other gamepads.

@Azeron_Keypad If I move the Cyro too fast it tilts one way or the other and makes it hard to aim, doesn't work too well as a mouse

@TMFanSupport accidentally purchased a second parking ticket for an event and the chat agent won’t refund it. They think I want to refund the event ticket itself which I don’t. Help!

Released an update to my tailwind css icons plugin to pass desired icon sizes directly to the plugin by the class. #tailwindcss never fails to amaze me.

What's the absolute best hotel/resort to stay at near Universal Studios in Orlando? Lots of good dining options, easy to get to parks, awesome pool, great rooms, etc. Anyone got a spot they love?

@MrTurnerj Yeah but the upside to cli and integration is that it can generate as you’re tweaking html too :)

@JohnCampionJr Yeah though CI makes it a bit harder plus if other people contribute to the project, it is a less obvious dependency. I think though I could get away with a custom NuGet package to do it - nothing like the tiniest of problems getting a complex solution! twitter.com/MrTurnerj/stat…
James Turner@MrTurnerj

What I'm thinking is a custom NuGet package with an MSBuild target that can fetch the latest version of the standalone CLI for me, running it at the right point in the build. That way it can discover at runtime the right version for the current OS.

On one hand, I do want to use Tailwind on a project. On the other, I don't really need a dependency on Node.js. They have a standalone CLI but it is a little bit of a pain to have external dependencies, especially when it seems non-obvious (plus setting it up for CI etc).

I'm looking for some Disney fans who are local to the parks and are willing to help out my son with one of his side projects - a photo scavenger hunt at Animal Kingdom Park. Reply to this tweet and I'll DM you the info.

Stand with Ukraine. Cripple Russia with sanctions. Arm the Ukrainian military and the Ukrainian resistance. Seize oligarch assets. Welcome Ukrainian refugees. Reinforce NATO. Make Russia pay for what it has done.

Do I know any UI experts and/or @vuejs developers who would be interested in some part time contract work helping a very tiny team (2 lol) get a project off the ground?
