Met a remarkable man on the tour, this afternoon. His first time in Scotland.
Before that historic '67 season, Celtic toured North America. This gentleman attended both matches played in his country of Bermuda.
And, incredibly. Yes, incredibly, his first name is McNeill. 🙌🍀💚

First of all, great show. Secondly, the source of my most profound Twitter embarrassment!
Talking about how great the show was after initial release, having watched it on the dodgy box. Two lads start lecturing me about why I should have paid to see it. Me responding, wind yer neck in lads. Turns out it was the director & lead actor🤯🔫
And they were right. Wee Indy films desperately need your legit money. It hadn’t even occurred to me. Idiot! Very embarrassed. Subsequently paid to watch it multiple times. Guilt is quite the motivator😱😂

I believe that John Fallon’s had something on the back, but I have not heard or seen one that says “PLAYER”.
Back home at Barrowfield Jock wore one at training which said “Manager”.

Being doing a bit of digging re the @CelticFC tracksuits.
As much as I would like to think the Bertie Auld full tracksuit was worn by the trainers on the bench in Lisbon, my research tells me it wasn’t and I have photographic evidence to prove it 🥲

Celtic tracksuit just like the one they wore on the bench at Lisbon. As much as I would love to find evidence the suit was worn on that famous day a cannae. It’s certainly from the period but I’m sure it would have had a name on the back like CELTIC or TRAINER. Did they wear 2 🤠

Mibees I'm a bit biased as in regards my 😍 for the Feyernoord fans having lived & worked in Rotterdam in the early 90s, Maassluis to be precise when eh huns where winning everything in sight here in Scotland. Having visited the stadium & museum I have seen their love for Celtic.

Thought the Feyenoord fans throughout the ground were great & help make it the spectacle it became. Not seen so many aways fans in ages. Was pleased to help out my Dutch pals old & new with tickets as they were willing to do for us with one offering to give up her Rotterdam flat.
