We lost, but that doesn't mean we should overlook individual performances. Byrne-Hughes was excellent I can't remember him making a single mistake the entire game. He couldn't have done much about either goal, and he made some incredible saves to keep us in it. He’s a very vocal lad, and his distribution was top. I was genuinely impressed by his performance.

If this is the actual budget, it means we can only sign one of Baleba or Tchouaméni. The most gettable one is Baleba. If that's the case, then Mateus Fernandes becomes a must-sign. The third midfielder will most likely be a 'Vivell scoop' from somewhere or a find by the scouts, like we did with Lammens. I'm not satisfied with this but Baleba + Fernandes is still a good summer as the two primary midfieldes.
