Unfortunately, with the growth of bots and automated messages on here, my standard form of outreach regarding the podcasts I record each day no longer seems to work, which has got me seriously concerned about the longevity of doing this as a full-time job. I think people now receive DM’s from me about the podcast and automatically assume it’s a bot rather than a real person which is incredibly frustrating. I record two separate podcasts each weekday morning, one on Palace and one on football generally in both the UK and across Europe; they’re both delivered directly to your inbox by 8:30am Monday-Friday and are always 25 minutes or less so you’re totally up to date with everything that’s going on first thing in the day. I keep it at just £2.50 a month because I want it to be affordable for everyone but I would be lying if I said that I wasn’t worried about my chances of keeping it going much longer given the change in DM responses. Not really sure what to do but just thought I’d make people aware.

RIP Brodan We are devastated to share the heartbreaking news that U15 player Brodan tragically lost his life on Saturday evening whilst out with friends. Brodan was an important part of Stafford Falcons FC for several seasons and was also an up and coming junior referee for Mid Staffs Junior League
Earlier that same day, Brodan had refereeing a game — something he did so often with dedication, enthusiasm, and a smile that lit up the pitch. He was a lovely young man with a bright future ahead of him, and a valued part of our grassroots football community.
In the words of his family, Brodan “truly was the best of us.” His kindness, generosity, humour and warmth touched so many. Whether playing football, refereeing week in and week out, or spending time with those closest to him, he gave his all and made a lasting impact on everyone he met.
Our hearts are broken for his parents, his siblings Corey, Kayla and Amelia, and all his family and friends. We send them our deepest love and condolences at this unimaginably difficult time.
As a mark of respect, the league are holding a minute’s applause at all of their games this coming Saturday to honour and remember Brodan.
Rest in peace, Brodan. You will always be part of our football family.

I want to lose weight n cant cuz of sleep n mental health. So I eat and can't just chose not to eat. I'm not sure what to do. Then my running isn't going according to plan this year which makes me feel even worse. I'm just sick of feeling unhealthy and tired all the time
