@ctmurphy1 As a DMPK scientist… what? This would be incredibly risky in my opinion. Its very common to not have strong correlations between simple assays like intrinsic clearance within in vitro hepatocytes and an in vivo PK study.

@ctmurphy1 If there is significant variation from in vitro to in vivo assays in something as standard as assessing hepatic clearance how can you have high levels of confidence in all the assumptions that are made when using an organ-on-chip?

@Bakery_bros With 70% F in rodents size is clearly not an issue for absorption. Clearance & Vd are another question. Limiting design to RO5 sets artificial barriers on chemical space that we can explore and lots to potentially gain pushing boundaries.

Long Island is connected to the one of the largest cities in the world and its tallest building is a university hospital. How has the state not immediately upzoned an island that sees 735 trains per day?

@the_transit_guy Stony Brook Unjversity is a great case study in how a lack of upcoming hurts the university community. The locals love the economic stimulus SBU brings, but the thought of building high density housing on the north shore of LI in Suffolk County is too much to bear.

Thanks everyone. I was stopped at a red light and a Tesla came around the corner and hit me head on. The poor guy driving a Tesla was being chased by an idiot who had road rage. The road rage guy was brandishing a metal pipe out of his window and chasing the person the Tesla.
