This baloney is so annoying. I didn't pay for 'lite' I paid for FULL SELF DRIVING. @Tesla is kicking the can down the road long enough for the cars to be obsolete, wrecked or out of warranty. Such a giant middle finger to us early adopters. You HW4 people are next btw. Watch how they treat HW3. @elonmusk is a fraud.

Following future rollout of FSD V14 Lite for HW3 vehicles in the US, we plan on expanding V14 Lite to additional international markets. This update ensures that HW3 vehicle owners will continue to benefit from ongoing software updates. Since international rollout is subject to several factors (completion of technical verification, regional adaptation & relevant regulatory approvals), we can't provide definitive dates at the moment, but will provide updates on a rolling basis

Tesla just broke its silence on HW3. Now that 5.500 of us are bundled on hw3claim.nl, things seem to be moving. Coincidence? Credit where it’s due: this is the first time in years Tesla has publicly updated HW3 owners. That’s a start. But underneath the wording it’s still ‘be patient’. No date. No commitment. And by Elon’s own words, HW3 can’t do unsupervised FSD. Progress on tone. Not on substance. In the meantime: I’m in active talks with two major mass claim firms about next steps. More on that soon. Until there’s substance, HW3 Claim stays open. Today’s update doesn’t change that.

Well done to this movement 🤜🤛. HW3 owners who have paid for FSD just want clear, official timelines for what we've paid for. Not "probably", "no timeline" or "just be patient" etc etc.

I almost didn't post this. Twice. First time I deleted it within an hour. Going against Tesla felt too far out of my league. Second time I let it stay. Woke up to it going viral. A week later, national TV is at my door. Tonight this airs on Hart van Nederland on @SBS6. Dutch national TV. 17:50 and 22:30. 4.000+ owners (still can't believe this). 29 countries. €9M+ in FSD purchases. All from one post I almost didn't keep up. Original post in comments.

Tesla sold 4 million people a promise they can't keep. 4 MILLION people! In 2019 Tesla sold Full Self-Driving with one promise: the hardware in your car is ready. Software updates will unlock it. In 2026 that hardware can't run the software Tesla just launched in the Netherlands. Here's what HW3 owners got for their €6.400:

I don't think you really do understand. You think you do, but you do not. To start it off and clear some possible confusion, i am not Dutch. I'm Croatian, so my hw3 MY LR can't have it one way or another. I am not writing this from position of "i could got it but i did not". I must wait for EU wide exemption (because i doubt that my own government will do anything to speed it up locally). It's not about who spent how much money. I bought 1 car with 1 FSD outright. I am customer just like you are with your fleet. I have same rights like you have. Throwing around numbers does not make anyone more or less right. Bottom line is how Tesla communicates (or in this case, does not) with it's paying customers. Communication. And communication is non existent. Someone get's product, some get stripped down version and some does not get it (Australian hw3 customers are still waiting for FSD.....7 months in), and there is zero explanations and zero timelines and reasons what's going on and what are future plans to make it right for every and each customer. It's not asking for something special. It's asking for normal decent communication to their paying customers that credited them for years. I understood that they couldn't talk much before, because they were not ones making decision, RWD was, but that is no longer a case. They should have prepared for what happens once RWD allows system inside NL and they should have talked to thousands of their paying customers. "Elon said" is simply not enough. Elon said many things in the past about hw2.5 and hw3. Having precision of "few years" or no precision whatever is simply not even close to enough for someone who is not getting any version of what he payed for. It's not like in US where you have updates and you can see things getting better. No...it's nothing. We need AI team communication precision and plans. Roadmaps. People need something to hold onto or they will start breaking. It's easy to be cool headed when you have no choice, when system is simply illegal and there is nothing you can do about it. But that's not situation anymore. Tesla needs to pick up it's slack in communication and it needs to dish out plans, not "thinks" and "guesses". "Elon time" is simply not good enough anymore.

Best breakdown of why hw3claim.nl exists, a collective claim for European HW3 + FSD owners. Not about numbers. About communication. A company that took paying customers' money years ago and still refuses to tell them what's next. 3.200 signed up. Who’s next?

Good time to remind everyone that Tesla deleted their old blog posts that stated HW2.5 and then later HW3 was sufficient for full self driving. Internet doesn't forget though. web.archive.org/web/2024073007…

Just got off the phone with Tesla. After 7 years of waiting, their answer: 'just be patient'. Are you kidding me?! Called them about the €6.400 I paid for Full Self-Driving in 2019. Recorded the entire thing. Here's what they said.

A Dutch Model 3 owner who paid for Full Self-Driving in 2019 launched a collective claim against Tesla over FSD on HW3 cars this week. After 7 years of waiting, Tesla's response was "just be patient." (Full story electrek.co/tesla-hw3-owne…)

Tesla owes me €6.800. And if you're a HW3 + FSD owner, they owe you too. 2019. One of the first Model 3 owners in the Netherlands. Paid for Full Self-Driving. The promise: same hardware, software updates will unlock full autonomy. Just wait. I waited 7 years. SEVEN years! Last week the RDW finally approved FSD here. And for HW3 owners? Nothing. Radio silence. ~4 million cars worldwide. So I stopped waiting and built hw3claim.nl to bundle Dutch HW3 owners for a collective claim. 36 sign-ups in 24 hours. No ads. Sign up if you're a Dutch HW3 + FDS owner too. €6.800 buys a lot of patience. Mine ran out.

GrapheneOS is currently under a state sponsored attack attempting to misrepresent it as being for criminals, which we covered a bit at x.com/GrapheneOS/sta…. These poorly researched, biased and inaccurate news stories have led to more harassment towards our community and team.

European authoritarians and their enablers in the media are misrepresenting GrapheneOS and even Pixel phones as if they're something for criminals. GrapheneOS is opposed to the mass surveillance police state these people want to impose on everyone. xatakandroid.com/sociedad/cada-…
