@AusmyRS @RuneScape Hmm, i'd argue that changing T&C's on an auto renewing sub such that I unknowingly lose probably the biggest retention benefit in the game while staying subscribed is anything but clear... Ethics aside, this is a major reason why a lot of members don't churn, it's not good.

Yo, @RuneScape it seems like having prem club cancelled my 1 month sub so I lost my grandfathered rates even though I've had a continuous sub. That HAS to be an oversight, you cannot punish those that bought your top tier subscription. Can we get clarification on this?

Dear friends I wrapped up my time at Jagex in August, closing an incredible 23-year chapter helping to shape, design, and direct the MMORPG RuneScape. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunities I was given to grow into the man I am today. I've worked with some amazing people and we’ve made some genre defining games.
