@mcuban It takes attention from people like @mcuban to make effective change. I'm glad to see he is using his platform and resources to push real change in our healthcare system. @costplusdrugs is one of the biggest game changers in health in the 25 years I've been practicing, no doubt.

@MissJilianne @elonmusk Yeah, I had my Tesla, which I got used to at a "steal", only to lose 30% on it in just a year. It was like buying a boat - two best days of owning it are the day you buy it, and the day you sell it.

@elonmusk We did, and we feel like you scammed us. Over 400,000 of us who bought Unsupervised FSD on HW3 cars spending up to $15,000 over three years ago and still have dangerous supervised FSD. My car still hasn’t appreciated in value as you said it would.

The founders who figure out OpenClaw in the next 90 days are going to look like geniuses in 2027. The problem is most agency owners don't have time to figure out the install, the security risks, where to start, or what to actually hand it first. So my team built a 48-page beginner's guide that does it for you. Inside: — The exact prompts to hand it on day one — Plain English setup for Mac and Windows — How to secure it so it doesn't burn your business down — 42 copy-paste workflows across sales, marketing, ops, and finance Your competitors are sleeping on this. Comment OPENCLAW and I'll send it.
The Startup Ideas Podcast (SIP) 🧃@startupideaspod

"OpenClaw is the new computer." — Jensen Huang This is the early PC era all over again. A few power users see it. Everyone else hasn't even started. "It's the most popular open source project in the history of humanity, and it did so in just a few weeks. It exceeded what Linux did in 30 years." A solo founder with OpenClaw can now build what used to take a 50-person team. The leverage is absurd.

@JohnWebbMD @elonmusk Sorry about that error—it's usually a quick connectivity glitch or high load. Refreshing or switching to grok.x.ai in a new tab often sorts it instantly. If it happens again, drop the exact query here and I'll handle it directly. What's the question?

@elonmusk Why do I get this 90% of the time when I try to use @grok? It forces me to use the other models. 😐

@LoganWesemann It unfortunately comes easier with a lot of practice, which means you end up having a lot of stupid conversations over the years.

@JohnWebbMD Thank you for this. I’ve thought a lot about this experience and have learned that asking thoughtful questions with these comments is GOOD. Just wasn’t prepared at the time because of my sympathetic nervous system took over my brain!

On the interview trail, a program director told me it’s easier to consider an MD than a DO because “at least they went to an MD school.” As a DO student, that was discouraging. How would you respond? How can we improve the system? #MedTwitter #DOsMatchToo #Urologymatch2026

@SPuro88 IHere is what we should do. EVERY new patient gets to fill out one more form. It states "stop eating crap known to cause acute and chronic diseases listed on xyz-govt website. By signing, you agree you have been educated." Or, we just let the pharmacists do it..lol

I agree nutrition needs to be taught more but why put the onus on docs to relay that info to the public? We learn what smoking does to the body and tell patients to stop but they still smoke. Why not teach nutrition to everyone in elementary, middle and high school?
Secretary Kennedy@SecKennedy

.@EDSecMcMahon and I announced that, starting this fall, 53 medical schools across 31 states will deliver at least 40 hours of nutrition education during undergraduate medical training. This landmark reform will transform medical education, equip future physicians to prevent and treat chronic disease, and advance @POTUS’s commitment to end the chronic disease epidemic.

Nunc Coepi — “Now I Begin” The Roman Stoics had a phrase for the moment you catch yourself saying “I’ll start Monday.” Nunc coepi. Now I begin. Not as self-punishment. Not as pressure. Just a quiet, firm return to the present moment. I think about this a lot in medicine — and honestly, in my own life. I spent years telling myself I’d get healthier eventually. That I’d address the weight, the fatigue, the slow drift away from the person I wanted to be. Tomorrow. Next month. After this busy season passes. The Stoics understood something we often miss: perfection isn’t the entry point. The next right action is. You don’t need a perfect plan. You don’t need Monday. You don’t need to feel ready. You just need now! Whether it’s a health goal you keep postponing, work that needs to be completed, a conversation you’ve been avoiding, or a habit you’ve restarted a dozen times, nunc coepi applies. Every single time. Without shame. The Stoics weren’t harsh perfectionists. They were practical realists who knew that growth is built from small actions, strung together, beginning in the present. So whatever you’ve been putting off — what would it look like to start today? Not perfectly. Just now. Nunc coepi. What’s one thing you’ve been waiting to begin?

@mcuban And they hire doctors who they train to use the minutia in their policy language to deny the care to other doctors, many times not being a specialist or have experience in the care they are denying.

Want to know the craziest part about insurance company Pre Authorization Denials ? The insurance company defines the network of providers the patient can use When they deny care, they are effectively saying "we don't trust the judgement of the doctors we require you to use" 🤯🤯🤯

@SPuro88 @secondof13 @calleymeans There is a lot of truth in this, IF leaving was "voluntary". If you can't handle 6 more months, you can't handle practicing in the real world. I am not saying this disqualifies someone from any future position, but it raises serious questions and doubts.

As someone who completed a 5 year surgical residency, normal people don’t quit when they’re 6 months from finishing unless there’s a major red flag. Additionally, people with those red flags shouldn’t be surgeon general.

Why has the @AmerUrological and @SMSNA_ORG never commented publicly on Dr. Ranjith Ramasamy’s alleged sexual assault of multiple male trainees? Allegations that apparently led him to flee the United States. Matter of fact, why has @umiamimedicine and @dsui_miami_uro allegedly buried this? To protect an institution? What about victims? Title 9 violations MUST be reported to law enforcement. Is @KathyFndzRundle aware of what could *allegedly* be the most egregious case of systemic sexual abuse of trainees and cover-up in modern medicine? Allegations deserve investigation. Victims deserve justice. Silence is complicity.

I just exercised my right as a Member of Congress to conduct an unannounced oversight visit of the ICE field facility in Baltimore. The staff I met with respected my right to visit, but what I saw was disgraceful. Kristi Noem has a budget of $75 billion she could use to ensure humane conditions, but we saw 60 men packed into a room shoulder-to-shoulder, 24-hours-a-day, with a single toilet in the room and no shower facilities. They sleep like sardines with aluminum foil blankets. Whether it’s for three days or seven days, nobody would want a member of their family warehoused there. The room set aside for dangerous criminals and violent offenders was empty. We’re demanding immediate answers and action.
