Boys are abused via bacha bazi, women who have wounds from bullets & shrapnel are turned away by hospitals because there are only male doctors. The Catch 22 is that women are denied education in Afghanistan, so none can become doctors. Classic bigotry of low expectations, perhaps you are the racist? This is bacha bazi where little boys perform for men. British & American troops in Afghanistan were ordered to ignore the screams.
