The more I use @sleepagotchi, the more I think about who really owns our health data. Every night we generate valuable information. Sleep duration, heart rate, recovery, daily habits. Most of that data ends up stored somewhere we never see, and we rarely know who benefits from it. What I like about Sleepagotchi is that it starts a different conversation. Health data shouldn't just be collected. Users should have visibility, control, and a place in the value their data creates.
