GM GM Woke up this morning with coffee in hand, still thinking about last night’s podcast from @kolohub with @kyparus from @wallchain. Man, that conversation hit different. We all overcomplicate shit in this space ... chasing perfect UIs, 20-page roadmaps, and “ecosystem plays” before we even know if anyone actually wants what we’re building. I’ve been guilty of it too, hiding behind polish because I was scared to ship something raw. But Kyparus said it straight: validate the damn problem first with the simplest tool possible. Don’t spend months building in silence just to launch a ghost town. Real founders ship fast, listen harder, and iterate like crazy based on actual user feedback. No hype, no fluff ... just real execution. That’s the energy Wallchain and KoloHub are bringing, and I respect it. So real talk ... are you validating early or still building quietly? Drop your thoughts below, I genuinely want to hear how you guys are doing it. Shoutout @wallchain @kolohub @kyparus ... killer podcast, keep dropping gems like this. Morning crew, let’s build better today 🔥
Kolo💚@KoloHub

In our recent podcast with @kyparus from @wallchain, we discussed why hyper-focusing on the "perfect product" often kills projects right from the start. And what actually makes a great founder. Who do you think is a great founder? Share in the comments. Watch the full podcast here ⬇️

attention can create momentum in web3 but sustainability only comes from products that remain useful after narratives cool down the difference between a temporary trend and a lasting ecosystem is whether users still return when incentives disappear @NomismaNetwork seems focused on that second category. instead of optimizing for short lived speculation cycles, they’re building infrastructure designed for consistency, utility, and long term network growth. that approach compounds more slowly, but usually creates stronger foundations over time. @quipnetwork is approaching communication as core infrastructure rather than just another social layer. onchain ecosystems still struggle with fragmented coordination, disconnected communities, and information flow that breaks across platforms. improving how people collaborate, share context, and organize collectively could become one of the most important primitives for scalable digital communities. @sleepagotchi is tapping into something much larger than move to earn style mechanics. sleep quality, recovery, nutrition, focus, and behavioral patterns are becoming increasingly valuable data layers in an AI driven world. what makes their model interesting is the combination of wellness, gamification, digital identity, and ownership mechanics into one system. they’re not simply rewarding activity. they’re creating an ecosystem where healthy behavior becomes measurable, social, and economically valuable over time. that’s a much bigger category than most people realize right now.

Good morning everyone 🌞 Happy new week CT @XOOBNetwork is redefining referrals in web3 from short term incentives into permanent economic alignment. instead of farming one off rewards, creators and ecosystem partners can now refer projects directly onto the platform and earn 50% of the fees generated by that campaign indefinitely once it launches. that changes the psychology completely. your network stops being a distribution tool and starts becoming an ownership layer. the people with real relationships, trust, and deal flow now have a scalable upside attached to their reputation. this is the kind of mechanism that quietly compounds ecosystems over time. @useTria understands that the biggest friction in crypto was never access, it was coordination. bridges, gas management, fragmented balances, switching chains, broken UX flows… most users don’t leave because crypto lacks opportunity. they leave because every action feels operationally exhausting. Tria’s approach is important because they’re abstracting complexity without removing self custody. one unified interface for trading, yield, payments, and spending creates something the industry desperately needs: continuity. when crypto interactions stop feeling like separate tasks and start feeling like one connected financial system, mainstream behavior follows naturally. the next wave of adoption will belong to products that remove cognitive load, not just add more features. @TheARCTERMINAL is building for a future where intelligence compounds instead of resetting every session. most AI tools today operate like temporary assistants. context disappears, research fragments, workflows restart from zero. ARC’s persistent workspace model changes that dynamic entirely. your citations, memory layers, research threads, and analytical context remain intact across time, which means the system becomes more valuable the longer you use it. what stands out even more is the predictive intelligence layer. not just surfacing information, but modeling directionality forecasts, probability ranges, uncertainty bands, and the drivers influencing change. that’s a meaningful shift from reactive tooling to decision infrastructure. the real advantage in AI won’t come from generating more text. it’ll come from systems that continuously deepen context and improve judgment over time.

Most AI today is shaped behind closed doors a few companies decide what data gets used how models get trained what direction things go everyone else just uses the output @NomismaNetwork is leaning toward a different setup where the process itself becomes more open not just using AI but contributing to how it evolves with subchains handling data, labeling, training it’s less about one system doing everything and more about coordination across a network which changes the dynamic a bit because once communities are involved in the training layer AI stops being something delivered to people and starts becoming something shaped with them and that shift probably matters more long term than the models themselves.

Most people think crypto adoption depends on better apps. I think the bigger challenge is invisible infrastructure. The systems behind movement. How assets travel across chains How liquidity becomes usable instead of idle How execution happens without users managing complexity How coordination scales when ecosystems multiply Right now, Web3 still asks people to think like operators. Switch networks. Bridge funds. Manage gas. Track fragmented liquidity. Mass adoption probably won’t come from teaching everyone crypto mechanics. It may come when those mechanics disappear. Projects building seamless execution layers are solving a logistics problem as much as a blockchain problem. That shift matters. @useTria is exploring a future where moving digital value feels less like managing routes and more like simply using the internet. @MindoAI

STABLECOINS ARE NO LONGER JUST FOR HOLDING, THEY’RE BECOMING A STRATEGY The crypto market has evolved far beyond simple buying and selling. Today, more users are looking for ways to keep their capital active while still maintaining exposure to more stable digital assets like USDT. That’s exactly why yield opportunities tied to stablecoins are gaining so much attention across the industry Platforms offering competitive APY programs are changing how many traders and investors approach idle funds. Instead of leaving assets unused, users are now exploring smarter ways to potentially generate passive returns while staying positioned inside the crypto ecosystem. What makes this trend interesting is that stablecoin yield products are becoming part of a broader shift in user behavior: ▪ More focus on capital efficiency ▪ Increased interest in passive earning strategies ▪ Greater demand for flexible financial tools ▪ Smarter portfolio management during uncertain markets Programs offering higher APY opportunities naturally attract attention because they combine two things many users value most: stability and yield As the digital asset industry matures, features like these continue pushing crypto closer toward a more complete financial ecosystem where users can trade, save, earn, and manage assets all within one environment. The future of crypto is no longer only about volatility. It’s also about smarter ways to grow capital over time. @HTX_Global @justinsuntron @HTX_Molly @Ceee333_ #HTXNOVAPLUS #HTX

As I reflect more deeply on AttentionFi, I am becoming increasingly convinced that @wallchain and @KoloHub are inspiring creators to focus on sustainability rather than temporary trends. Trends can disappear rapidly. However, creators who consistently: • articulate their narratives with precision • improve the quality of discussions • engage frequently • and promote a better understanding of the ecosystem tend to build much stronger long-term positions. Over time, the ecosystem naturally remembers accounts that consistently provide value, and this remembered value ultimately transforms into significant Mindshare. gQUack

🚨 How can we coordinate AI agents in Web3 without compromising our wallet data & privacy? This blueprint from @TheARCTERMINAL introduces a new approach they call Private, yet Provable. 1. Control Layer Users set full regulations and limits. 2. Sealed Execution AI memory (ANIMA) operates within a fully encrypted channel. 3. Zero-Knowledge Audit ZK-UID cryptography secures validation, allowing external verifiers to confirm the system is functioning correctly WITHOUT being able to peek at the data contents. The result? Web3 fragmentation is resolved because the AI OS acts as a secure coordination hub. Events are provable, but the privacy of your actions remains absolute. Secure this approach for your DeAI research 🔥 In your opinion, which step is the most challenging to execute at scale? And the future of DeFi is no longer in human hands, but in those of AI Agents that transact autonomously. @NomismaNetwork is here to overhaul outdated blockchain pipelines into a relational architecture to welcome this new era.

What stands out about the @sleepagotchi community is that it feels far more connected to actual product usage than to the usual short term Web3 hype cycles. You constantly see people coming back daily because there’s an ongoing loop between: $SLEEP ▸routine ▸habits ▸engagement ▸progression inside the app That creates a much more consistent community instead of users only appearing during campaigns or reward periods. Another interesting part is how they managed to combine: ▸AI ▸ wellness ▸gamification ▸daily behavior without making it feel forced. A lot of projects try to create retention purely through rewards. @sleepagotchi seems to be building retention through habit formation and continuous utility instead.

The community structure behind @quipnetwork is growing at a solid pace tbh Right now, Quip Network already has - Over 20K wallets - 13K+ Testnet users - $1 MILLION+ in TVL - 500+ nodes running compute power - Active participation and rewards for community members Even before mainnet, the structure behind Quip Quantum Network is already self sustaining and everyone can see and participate in it

crypto rewards are everywhere right now, but very few exchanges are combining onboarding bonuses with active earning campaigns the way @Gate is doing. through @MagVerse_AI i’ve been tracking some of the live opportunities and a few stand out immediately: • the rewards hub keeps new users plugged into ongoing bonuses and trading perks • the trading competition campaign gives active traders another layer of upside beyond normal market moves • the grid bot campaign is actually useful if you prefer automated strategies over emotional trading worth getting in early before the current rounds close. gate.com/share/MAGVERSE

Hello CT. A lot of protocols launch with noise. Very few actually build momentum that keeps growing week after week. That’s why seeing DustSwap enter the Top 6 apps on Base feels important. Not because of temporary hype, but because people are genuinely using the platform every day. Traders are active. The community keeps expanding. The ecosystem keeps getting stronger. @DustswapOnBase is slowly turning into one of the standout DeFi projects on @base, and the growth is starting to speak for itself. What stands out most is the energy behind it all. It feels community-first, fast-moving, and early at the same time. While most people wait until projects become “too obvious,” early users are already positioning themselves inside the ecosystem now. Base is growing fast. DustSwap is growing with it. And this probably isn’t even close to the peak yet 🚀 app.dustswap.wtf

I'm officially back as a @VizoExchange Ambassador for Season 2 and this time I'm coming in with more clarity, more consistency, and more commitment. In Season 1, I saw firsthand what makes Vizo different. The team released ambassador rewards within 2 hours. No delays. No excuses. Just execution. That alone told me everything I needed to know about how this team operates. For Season 2, my focus is simple: → Host community sessions regularly → Create content that actually educates not just hypes → Give my absolute best to this ecosystem I've already made a full video on the Season 2 AMB Program what it is, why I joined, and what's coming. If you're looking for a project where the team respects your time and delivers on promises pay attention to @VizoExchange. This is just the beginning.

most people are optimizing for speed in web3 faster trades, faster research, faster execution but speed without memory is just chaos moving quickly the real edge isn’t how fast you move. it’s how much context you carry while moving @TheARCTERMINAL is the only thing i’ve seen built around that idea. ANIMA remembers where you’ve been, what you’re building toward, and connects it all in real time you stop starting over. you start compounding that’s a different game entirely
