@JohnnyDeneen Quitting drinking was easy for me. Quitting smoking is really hard and I don’t smoke that much when my lady and the kids are around. I did breeze through almost two packs on Saint Patrick’s day though.

@JohnnyDeneen Nothing wrong with seltzers, as long as you’re gay and proud.😂 I drank vodka soda forever so it might as well have been seltzer out of a can. I used to drink pretty much every night for the last 20 years (I’m a chef, booze is hard to avoid) now I just want to be done with it.

@ProteinJeans I was able to quit smoking after 23 years after a heavy weekend of Adderall and booze. I couldn’t stomach a smoke and by the time I could, about 4 days later, I didn’t want one. Now I have to just act cool

@ProteinJeans I weened off whiskey with IPA’s. bad idea because I didn’t know they were around 350 calories. A 12 pack of Voodoo Ranger Imperial IPA was my go to. Now I only drink seltzers (pause for laughter) I’m on a 5 year plan much like John Candy’s stop smoking plan from Uncle Buck

@JohnnyDeneen It’s the beer that killed me. If I had stuck to straight whiskey I might have been fine. I have a 10 hour truck ride that I’m leaving for with my father in law in 3 hours, that’s going be fun. I drank hard for 2 decades, shoulda never quit.
