A member of staff at Harrogate Station on the gateline at the main station entrance @northernassist absolutely brilliant which kept everyone entertained and up to date with the problems at Cattal this morning. Great service 👍

My trains been cancelled @northernassist between Harrogate and York due to problems at Cattal. Is there ticket acceptance via Leeds or will I need to seek assistance at Harrogate Station?

@northernassist I also have a railcard, Can I use this to travel on the 9.22 service towards Leds?

It it me or has LNER changed their first class menu. Couple of times travelled to Aberdeen and Durham 1st class now not much to offer 🤔
