🌲This is what most of Russia looks like. Undeveloped, depopulated, yet Russia still claims it doesn't have enough territory and steals more. We can see exactly what happens to these territories after occupation, using Karelia as an example. Russia squanders millions of dollars every single day just to murder Ukrainians, and Russians celebrate this, completely failing to understand that this is their own money—and if it weren't for these wars, this money would be used to build roads, hospitals, and schools, and to increase their salaries, not to mention that there wouldn't be any sanctions... But hatred triumphs over common sense, and there isn't even a single reason for this hatred—they were simply told to hate by the TV.
