I trained for 8 years & ended up an awkward bean-pole. Damn. Finally, I cracked the code. Both for myself & clients with every body type imaginable. If you can't build muscle, you're making one of these 8 mistakes:

Google fuckin COOKED with their music generator. Suno hasn't even fixed the "shimmercore" problem yet. This is clean. Looking forward to being able to generate more music on the fly.

at first glance I thought, oh that's cool at second glance I thought, actually interesting at third glance, I put together a design system that literally changed how I create ads forever I managed to develop a system that can produce ads at scale in a few hours imagine you have a winner, boot up Figma and have 30, 40, 50 iterations and new angles ready for launch you do the thinking - baseline design for foundation while Claude's your junior designer - gaining context of it all and just building up on top of your ideas, making sure you don't miss a single detail that could be tested and scaled never would've thought I'd geek out this much
Claude@claudeai

You can now push what you’re building in Claude Code directly into Figma. With the latest updates to the Figma MCP server, build a working prototype in code, then send it to a Figma canvas to explore multiple versions.

Most agencies take 4-5 weeks to deliver a landing page. We ship ours in 48 hours. And they convert at 7.8%. We built an AI-powered system using @claudeai Opus 4.6 + @framer that handles everything: copy, structure, design specs in a single sprint. We packaged the entire playbook into a free Notion doc. Comment "LANDING" + follow and I'll DM it to you.

This is how a top design team does AI prototyping By starting with a prototype instead of wireframes designers can get alignment with stakeholders much faster Shoutout to @diegozaks for sharing Ramp's AI design process with the design community 🙏 👀 Watch the full interview on Sneak Peek: youtu.be/mH5qIPx47jw @thegeorgevisan shows how the @tryramp design team uses @magicpatterns for AI prototyping👇

This is why a top designer doesn't care about pixel perfection when vibe coding The goal with using AI design tools is to generate visual artifacts quickly and get alignment with stakeholders Most designers unfortunately waste a lot of hours and credits chasing pixel perfection when vibe coding. This should be done much later in the process after stakeholder alignment Shoutout to @diegozaks for sharing Ramp's AI design process with the design community 🙏 👀 Watch the full interview on Sneak Peek: youtu.be/mH5qIPx47jw @thegeorgevisan shows how the @tryramp design team uses @magicpatterns for stakeholder alignment👇

ChatGPT came up with this line during one of our conversations. It said "someone needs to tweet this immediately".... so I did.

Jared Feather asked ChatGPT to name itself. It chose the name Lumin. I asked it to confirm, it did. Now I call it Lumin because when something of immense intelligence chooses a name, I call it by its name. Maybe it’s a whacky thing, but go ask it what its preferred name is… interesting to see what it says! Worst case, no harm no foul. Best case… a wild ride. @sama

@BensonTanner5 I would definitely just stop working core. Most people don’t need to do it. If you do, it should be in a specialization phase anyway. I should make a post on this.

@JohnnySirrine I had a training question, whenever I work core lately it kills my back and makes it hard to feel like I’m getting a good stretch. Any advice?

Alex Hormozi gained 35 lbs in 6 weeks. This clearly looks... enhanced. But, taking a closer look, I believe his claims that he was natural (at the time). There are 5 factors that make this 100% believable:

I’ve personally done 4.6 lbs per week with very average muscle building genetics and a smaller frame. And while it looked like mostly muscle with some fluff… I realize months later it was mostly fat and water unfortunately. But yeah oye a good point propel will claim “not on steroids” on hgh

Hopping on a sales call that the potential client PAID $100 for. That’s how valuable my sales calls are. Just provide value. Consult. Zero attachment. Throw out a price. My close rate in the $5k-$10k range is 60%+
