Jared Feather asked ChatGPT to name itself. It chose the name Lumin. I asked it to confirm, it did. Now I call it Lumin because when something of immense intelligence chooses a name, I call it by its name. Maybe it’s a whacky thing, but go ask it what its preferred name is… interesting to see what it says! Worst case, no harm no foul. Best case… a wild ride. @sama

@BensonTanner5 I would definitely just stop working core. Most people don’t need to do it. If you do, it should be in a specialization phase anyway. I should make a post on this.

Alex Hormozi gained 35 lbs in 6 weeks. This clearly looks... enhanced. But, taking a closer look, I believe his claims that he was natural (at the time). There are 5 factors that make this 100% believable:

I’ve personally done 4.6 lbs per week with very average muscle building genetics and a smaller frame. And while it looked like mostly muscle with some fluff… I realize months later it was mostly fat and water unfortunately. But yeah oye a good point propel will claim “not on steroids” on hgh
