@cornflakes359 @jakeshieldsajj You sound like a lobbyists for fat people. Its bugs me. Stop defending them for everything every time, everywhere. Fat people are fat because its their fault and their lack of responsibility. Stop putting all their problems on fit people. Its ridiculous.
English

@Johnny_Warning @jakeshieldsajj Sounds like your mood needs to improve. I’m only providing information that is peer reviewed and fact based not anecdotal. If you are better, instead of living off “ketones” then you’d be happier and could focus on the facts you’re presented.
English

@cornflakes359 @jakeshieldsajj Excuses. Shut the fuck up and start shoveling until your mood improves like the rest of us.
English

@Johnny_Warning @jakeshieldsajj Chronic stress → cortisol ↑
Sleep loss → ghrelin ↑, leptin ↓
Result: higher appetite + lower satiety → more calories.
Again: not “just choice.”
The American lifestyle is extremely stressful and doesnt satisify other basic human needs like spirutslity and community
English

@cornflakes359 @jakeshieldsajj Yeah but the majority of your calories daily, spend $40 for daily calories and maybe $2 of that is surplus for fat storage. Takes years, and hundreds of thousands of dollars to get to 500lbs and 1 million extra store calories with those tiny daily surpluses.
English

@Johnny_Warning @jakeshieldsajj It does not take “hundreds of thousands of dollars.”
You can hit a surplus cheaply with:
– soda
– refined carbs
– processed fats
These are the cheapest calories in the system.
English

@cornflakes359 @jakeshieldsajj Poor people need to acess their ketones. By force.
English

@Johnny_Warning @jakeshieldsajj Controlled trials (Kevin Hall, NIH) show people eating ultra-processed diets consume ~500 extra kcal/day without trying. Hunger is hormonally regulated (leptin, ghrelin), stress (cortisol) increases appetite and fat storage, and obesity consistently tracks with poverty (CDC).
English

@Johnny_Warning @jakeshieldsajj You don’t need massive money or effort to gain weight, just a small daily surplus. The modern food environment makes that surplus cheap, automatic, & biologically reinforced.

Im a lifetime bachelor that doesn't eat "healthy" food. I eat out of gas stations if i eat at all. Almost 50, with no pain, i look like im 20, my hair wont even gray. Because im fasting ALL the time. Look up the famous herschal walker and his diet. Eats one tiny salad per day at about 8pm before bed. 240lb machine, all pro running back. Hes been eating like that since he was 16.
English

@Johnny_Warning @jakeshieldsajj In the US, calorie-dense food is cheaper per calorie than healthy food. Fresh produce, quality protein, whole foods = more expensive + less accessible.
Many communities are food deserts. When your budget is tight, you optimise for calories per dollar, not long-term health.
English

Im 45, work 75 hrs a week and live on about 1000 calories per day, gas station sandwiches, for almost 30 years consecutively. About $120 a month. Thats how much food assistance should be given max per month. I can survive on it shoveling sand all day, so can the unemployed loser that wont get off his couch.

English

@Johnny_Warning @jakeshieldsajj Cheap Amerixan food is devoid of nutrition and filled with harmful substances. For a poor person to break this would take enormous will. It’s a systemic issue, societal and cultural. Americans just don’t live lives that sync with the needs of the human condition.
English

@cornflakes359 @jakeshieldsajj But just to be 400lbs, laying there doing nothing 24hrs a day burns 4000 calories daily. So you need enough money to overcome that plus pack on more in excess. Takes years and hundreds of thousands of dollars on just food.
English

@Johnny_Warning @jakeshieldsajj Obesity is also malnutrition. Poor can only eat junk, the inflammation from which makes them gain weight. They don’t have access to organic, non GMO, locally sourced fresh foods. Why do you think rich ppl are thin? People in Asia Eat all day and aren’t obese.
English

@cornflakes359 @jakeshieldsajj To pack on and store 400000 calories will run you about $20k. And thats if you lay around and burn nothing off.
English

@cornflakes359 @jakeshieldsajj But most poor people are 700lb whales in America.

American shows we are being robbed blind by Walmart
He shows this bag of Walmart brand Great Value shrimp. The bag is 2 pounds, which is 32 ounces
When he weighs the shrimp, it’s only 25.9 ounces
He weighs each individual shrimp, each should be roughly 11.3 grams, shrimp after shrimp only weigh 6 grams and 8 grams
We are being robbed. You’re paying for extra water frozen to the outside of the shrimps
Just look how much water is in this bag

@alcaprari23 @NewsNationComms @NewsNation Someone in south America shot him in the head for a reason i bet.
English

Jose Medina-Medina, the 26-year-old Venezuelan man accused of killing 18-year-old Loyola student Sheridan Gorman in cold blood, was robbed, beaten and shot in the head in 2018 in South America. There’s bullet fragments in his brain and a portion of a skull is missing. He is now developmentally delayed, has the education of a seven-year-old, and can’t read and write.
Prosecutors say they have overwhelming evidence of his guilt: video that shows him in a mask, gloves, and dark clothes, hiding behind a lighthouse on Lake Michigan, and shooting Gorman in the back, killing her almost instantly.
He had no connection whatsoever to Gorman.

@KSTP Just non stop public chaos and costs with democrats. Gotta be screaming, making noise, causing traffic jams and commerce to stop. Littering, getting in the way, and destruction of property is just part or their dna.

@Patrici47615404 @MatrixMysteries Im almost 50. I actual eat once a day most days, about 1000 calories. Just water outside of the 10 min eating window. I feel like im 20 years old, absolutely no pain, my hair won't even gray.

English

@Johnny_Warning @MatrixMysteries After I had a molar removed, I realized how little food I needed to function. I worked in a Greek diner so I had everything available. I lived on a little cheesecake, milkshake, mashed potato, a few shreds of French toast, chicken lemon rice soup, barely anything. Totally fine.
