He's talking to a Boomer who at 64 makes 2300 a month with 1700 a month rent and who has never saved much at all for retirement, and what little she has saved she is slowly depleting.
His 3 pieces of advice for her are 1. get more income 2. move out of the expensive place and 3. get involved with her local church.
What other possible advice could you give a Boomer in that situation who has completely failed even basic financial literacy for decades?
