Spoke to a lady today who moved to Canada in the 60s, because of a lack of opportunities. In the UK she was one of the 1st draughtswomen employed but was only allowed to do the theory work, not the practical. Only her male colleagues did that 🤦‍♀️ Wow it wasn't that long ago 😳
