Yes @Se_Railway sort this out. 2 an hour at peak is awful. These train are jam packed but you give us 2 peak and 1 per hr off peak. Shocking service. We need more of these services on the timetable each hour

@Se_Railway morning, just checking in if you have an update on why the 8.13 Eltham to CX has been arriving late everyday since you made the Timetable changes? I see today it’s due to an electric fault, but what’s been the daily reasons since 18th May?

@Se_Railway @ssteele5 Oh bedlam at LB. You have stopped so many trains into CX and have them running to Cannon Street (it’s a destination for sure but not as many needed as CX) which results in everyone changing at LB - hence on a good day it’s crazy changing never minds when there’s an issue

⚠ NEW: Because of a broken down train in the #HitherGreen area, services cannot run in either direction via Sidcup. Only one of the lines towards Orpington from London Bridge is available, so services towards Orpington from London Bridge are likely to be delayed. More to follow.

@Se_Railway I get that it’s a new timetable, so could have teething probs, but the train leaves earlier &has been getting in later so please pass it on. A few timetables ago there was a train at 8.04, it would be good if we had that back. Also one direct train to CX every 30mins is poor

@Jojomococo Hi Jo. From what I can see it is from Delays in the Lewisham area. I can pass this onto the timetable feedback if it is an ongoing issue for the changes. ^KH

@Se_Railway morning, just wanted to ask about the changes to the service. For the past 3 days the 8.13 Eltham to CX has been held up at several red signals and hasn’t arrived at CX on time at all. Do you know what the issue is and if this is how it’s gona be now?

@AvantiWestCoast If I get a new ticket can I get a refund on my old ticket, given that the train was cancelled and I won’t have used the ticket?

@Jojomococo You would need to purchase a new ticket for that part of the journey. I'd recommend popping to the ticket office before boarding - Lucy

@AvantiWestCoast hi there the 8.13 eus-man is cancelled. I have a split fare ticket. Any time single to Nuneaton then an off peak single to Manchester. What are my options? Can I get the earlier train? Or does it have to be the later train?

@Se_Railway on the 8.14 Eltham to CX There are only 5 coaches and it’s causing murders on the train. Shouting and fighting. Any word on why a train that only runs every 30mins and is usually 12 coaches is now 5????

@Se_Railway That’s a shame as there are hardly any seats on these trains and it means standing for approx 40mins each morning esp as there are delays most days. Do you know when the fault has been fixed as it’s happened every morning lately?

@Jojomococo Hi Jo, yes this train is scheduled to be a city beam regularly. There was an earlier fault with the signalling system, which has caused delays into London this morning. ^NM

@Se_Railway hi do you know if the 8.14 Eltham-CX is always going to be a city beam train? There are way less seat available in it now so hoping not Also any idea why we keep experiencing delays at Lewisham? You changed the time from 8.04 to 8.14 to stop this but it’s not working

@Se_Railway morning, when you do the review of timetables twice a year, what info do you use to make decisions on changing train times? Cos the ones you’ve made on the Bexleyheath line aren’t amazing
