We’re sorry to announce that, due to planned industrial action on the London Underground, we’ve been forced to reschedule our final two concerts of the current Wembley Stadium run. Without a Tube service, it’s impossible to get 82,000 people to the concert and home again safely, and therefore no event licence can be granted for the nights of 7th and 8th September. To avoid cancelling the shows, our only option is to reschedule. The Sunday 7th September show will move to Saturday 6th September. The Monday 8th September show will move to Friday 12th September. All tickets will remain valid for their rescheduled date. If you’re able to attend the new date, you do not need to take any action to secure your ticket for the rescheduled show. Your existing ticket will be valid for entry. Any ticket holders who are unable to attend their rescheduled show can get a full refund on their ticket, and are requested to contact their point of purchase before 12noon BST on Tuesday 2nd September. Any returned tickets will be put on general sale at 11am BST on Wednesday 3rd September, exclusively via Ticketmaster. The shows on Saturday 30th August, Sunday 31st August, Wednesday 3rd September and Thursday 4th September will go ahead as scheduled. @JoleneSundin @coldplay @TicketmasterUK Your right. We are now rushing around trying to see if there are hotels available close by. Surprise surprise, hotels have bumped their prices up or fully booked. Flights are going to be more expensive, if we cant change the flights we already had booked. Hope you get sorted

@coldplay Family of four going to the concert from Scotlland. Who pays for our plane tickets and my 4 nights in a hotel, plus the activities we have booked to entertain the kids. Rescheduling from the Monday too Friday is a bit differnt to moving the concert 1 day forward.

I’m sorted thank fully but through no help of yours! Your system yet you can’t see the booking but the hotel can! My money is in your bank but you still can’t see it - seriously appalling customer service

@bookingcom can your customer service staff read or are you running a very bad AI and signing off with random names! Booked a hotel, no confirmation received, emailed to ask for confirmation, money taken, 6 emails later asking for same info already provided

I called the hotel direct they could give me both booking.com reference and their own and answer my simple question do I have a booking! Email you back to say I’m sorted and your service is appalling to be asked again for the same information so you can help !!!!

@coldplay Great news but back to 30000 in queue for new dates after being on Ticketmaster since 7am, trying to get 4 tickets for any date and any UK stadium, why is this system so flawed

Due to phenomenal demand in the presale, ninth and tenth Wembley Stadium shows have just been announced, for 7 & 8 September, 2025. The presale for these extra shows will begin at 2.30pm BST today, to those with presale access. The presale for the first eight Wembley shows has now ended. The general sale for all UK shows will begin tomorrow (Friday) at 9am BST.

@jcbing @TicketmasterUK I was 36k in queue for one date told me nothing left except enhanced experience at 8k in queue. Then they released 2 more dates so had to jump to that and start again was then 40k and none left when I got to 9k, what a waste of time 😡 so flawed, never changes. Any date anywhere!

Running the @TicketmasterUK gauntlet again 🤬 I don’t care what date, just allocate me 2 to any date. Why am I picking a date, queueing and then probably not getting anywhere and then having to start again on a different date. Your system sucks 🤬 #Coldplay #coldplayconcert

@sarah42035043 8000 and no standard tickets left, just popped up to say, just enhanced experience - what a suprise! Always the same with this method and try a different date and you go to 130000 in front of you again

Remember these presales only contain a certain amount of tickets so if you didn’t get what you wanted today, you have a chance tomorrow and then another one Friday.
