As someone who was there in person, no Wylie ISD parents actually spoke. This was a joke from the far right. After the public forum was over, school business went on as usual and the adults went back to work.

Look at the 100 other major issues Americans are facing. Being “Pro-life” goes out the window when the US targeted a school that killed 170 girls.

While I do not agree with the what Admin is doing w abortion pill / mailing, I think the answer is there’s significant space between Trump stance and Talarico, unless I’m missing something. Think about it in terms of diagnostic questions… - Would Talarico appoint pro-life SCOTUS judges who would overturn Roe? - Would Talarico say this: “As most people know, and for those who would like to know, I am strongly Pro-Life, with the three exceptions – Rape, Incest and protecting the Life of the mother – the same position taken by Ronald Reagan”? - Would Talarico seek to end Hyde Amendment usage of tax dollars to fund elective abortions? - Would Talarico seek to defund Planned Parenthood? - Would Talarico Admin’s CDC redirect people to an adoption website when they search for “abortion”? - Would Talarico reinstate the Mexico City Policy? - Would a Talarico-influenced DOJ legally back states’ rights to defund abortion clinics? - etc While there ARE things I wish were being done differently, there is significant space between Talarico’s “we need to protect trans people’s reproductive rights” position in line w Democrats’ “max-boost abortion” position and what Trump Admin has been doing.

We need to get rid of the G5 auto bid in the College Football Playoff.
The fact that a team like the University of North Texas is going to get into the playoff while teams like Vanderbilt and Texas may not is a HUGE negative for the sport.
